Dr. Kabir kumar: Age 28, youngest neurologist. Hez smart, good looking, bit emotional, prince charming for each nd evry girl in d hospital. He does nt hv any family. His parents died in road accident few yrs ago. His best friend sanaya is his frnd cum family. His frnds call him man with d golden heart. One case changes his life.

Nisha viraj singh rathore: Age 26, housewife though she hates dis, she wanted to b a dancer. She married to viraj singh rathore 2 yrs ago due to her parents wish. She didn't loved her husband before as it ws their arranged marriage but eventually they fell in love wid each other. But something happens in her life which changes everything.

Viraj singh rathore: Age 29, nisha's husband. Hez handsome, perfect gentleman. He runs his own business. His whole family lives in USA but nly he nd his wife stays in India. He's one move will change nisha's life.

Sanaya khanna: Age 28, works wid kabir in his hospital. Her nature is very jolly, she speakes whatever pops into her mind without thinking anything. Thts d reason y she is kabir's best friend. They share a very cute bond.

Part 1
It was a normal day bt something special news nisha wanted to share with Viraj. Nisha was pregnant and when she gave dis news to viraj he gone mad due to promotion which he got. He couldn't control his emotions, he lifted nisha nd nisha was overjoyed by his behaviour. Viraj wanted to celebrate this moment so he wanted to go fr party so they decided to go to club. In excitement of being father viraj drunk little bit more than his capacity, nd started behaving crazy so nisha told him to get back home. But he insisted he will drive d car as she is expecting he won't let her do anything. Nisha was overwhelmed by his behaviour even in this state, she was considering herself lucky.

On the other hand sanaya wanted to celebrate as she broke up wid his boy friend, so as being her best friend kabir also joined her in celebration. But four of them didn't knew what destiny has planned for them.

While returning frm party wat kabir nd sanaya saw was enough to scare them. They saw a car in miserable condition (fully crashed) they were finding the person or persons travelling in it are all right or not. Kabir saw one guy mumbling plz save her, plz help us. Hearing this he signalled sanaya tht wid him someone else is also there, they saw one lady lying on road unconscious she had head injuries due to which she was unconscious. Tht guy had many severe injuries on his body. Seeing their condition kabir nd sanaya took them to their hospital. This guy nd lady was non other then Viraj nd nisha, due to driving after drinking he lost his control over car nd met wid an accident. On all the way to hospital viraj was mumbling nly these words" plz save her, plz". But he lost his own battle of life and died in the car only. Nisha was rushed to ICU nd senior doctors performed her surgery but she was still serious nd had to be under observation. Kabir got mobile frm viraj's pocket nd he wanted to inform their families abt their condition. He got contact named papa, he dialled tht number it was nisha's father ramesh gangwals number. Kabir told him everything nd even made police case as it was a police case. Within no time whole gangwal family was there but they dnt knw how to react, how to tell their daughter abt the loss she has to face in her entire life, loss of husband. They informed viraj's family abt this.

Doctor came out after check up of nisha nd he called ramesh to see him in his cabin.

Ramesh: What happened doc? Nisha is fine na?
Doc: Sorry mr gangwal we can not save her child as saving her is itself a very critical.( hearing this ramesh could not hold back his tears, he didn't know how to tell this news to nisha when she gains consciousness)
Ramesh: Doctor nisha thik to ho jayegi na? Koi serious baat to nahi hai? Plz doc plz tell me everything clearly
Doc: Mr gangwal we have performed her head surgery due to which we hv to observe her condition fr 24hrs after tht we hv ti check her memory as in this kind of case mostly patients loose their memory. Sometimes they forget only small part of their life, sometimes even their name. (ramesh was shocked but has to b strong for laxmi, his wife)
Ramesh: Who brought nisha nd Viraj to hospital i want to thank him doc ?
Doc: Mr kabir kumar & dr sanaya khanna, they work in this hospital only. U can meet them if u want.

Ramesh went to meet kabir nd sanaya but found only kabir as sanaya was on round. He thanked kabir nd left.

After around 26 hrs nisha gained consciousness and was getting hyper seeing herself in hospital, he asked nurse almost screaming "what im going here? Who am i? Whats my name?" Nurse immediately called doc nd told him abt nisha's condition. Doc told her to calm down nd take rest. But nisha was restless.

Doc told her condition to gangwal family nd laxmi lost her patience nd started crying. Doctor told ramesh to consult Dr kabir kumar as he is neurologist, he can help them.

Ramesh immediately went to meet him wid laxmi nd told him abt nisha nd her past life nd her present condition. Kabir told them to not to give new of viraj nd her baby to nisha as it can hv negative impact on her nd they agreed. Kabir went to meet nisha nd seeing another unknown face she gone mad. She started to throw things on him nd yelled at him. Kabir's charm worked on nisha nd nisha started trusting kabir. Kabir made her realise tht gangwal family standing outside is her family nd ramesh nd laxmi is her parents. But nisha was nt meeting anyone except in kabir's presence.

After some days it was time fr nisha to discharge frm hospital. But nisha was not comfortable wid his family nd hence her family convinced kabir to pay regular visit to gangwal house nd do regular check up of nisha. Nisha was feeling very safe wid kabir nd more than a doc kabir was the only frnd for her. Kabir told ramesh to perform the same incidents which happened in nisha's life but only happy moments, she should nt get any idea abt viraj. Nd ramesh tried very hard bt failed miserably, nisha didn't remember anything
