As the week passed Kabir took Nikita to his dance sessions with him so it would not disturb Nisha's practise but he could not be around Nikita for long as he also had major choreography competition coming up next month. Nikita would be around with the staff employees who would look after her but she didn't readily mingle with them and would wander around.
One day while playing she went near the wires which were open and got a shock. Thanks to the guard who saw it and rescued her with his presence of his mind and informed Kabir who rushed his second love to hospital.
There he informed Nisha who came running to hospital for sake of her daughter.
Nisha : How could you be so careless.If anything happens to My girl I won't leave you
Kabir : You think I would have done it intentionally? Have you lost it .She is my daughter too
Nisha : Yes kabir we have a daughter and its time you realise that You need to stop being a kid and take responsiblity . Everytime we won't have shoulders to help us
Kabir: Nisha look I know you are worried but doctir said she is gonna be fine.
Nisha : and that lessens your mistake?
Nisha broke down sitting on the chair adjacent to her .Kabir sat beside her trying to control his own tears .
Kabir (to himself) : I lost it . I could not save my daughter. How could I be so careless. Perhaps I didn't realise What responsibility I have towards Nikita. Bhai How Am I going to face you . HOW AM I GOING TO LIVE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO OUR NIKITA.
NISHA : I should have not sent Nikita with Kabir Its my fault. Being her mother I could not protect her . HOW COULD I DO THIS .
All they realised is that in past three and a half years they had not bonded with nikita well. They were always out for some or the other competition while she stayed back with Viraj her Bade Papa.
Doctor : Mr. And Mrs. RATHORE I must say your daughter had a strong will to survive. She is completely fine.At first we thought her voice could have been gone because of shock atleast the reports suggested that but then when she woke up after treatment she asked for Bade papa. May be your daughter didnt want to go leaving him . Strange case . Sucha shock and a three and a half year old survives. Amazing.
Nisha : ofcourse amazing . Kabir do you think we should inform Viraj.
Kabir : No later.
As Nisha and Kabir went towards Nikita's room their eyes were filled with tears of joy. NIKITA definitely had got the traits of her uncle who had fought with paralysis to survive.
They hugged their daughter.
Nisha : I wont compete . Enough of it. I wanna be with my daughter.
Kabir : are you mad . Everyone has been waithing for it and now you say you backout.
Nisha : you dont realise. Our daughter came from gallows of death. And asked for Viraj and not us. This shows we have failed as parents .
Ramesh(Nisha's father) : No you havent . Nisha Nikita is close to viraj just as you were close to your dadaji. You rememeber as kid if you were hurt you would go to him first.
Nisha : but.
Lakshmi (nisha's mother) : No ifs and buts . You are gonna compete for Nikita and me and kabir and viraj and for everyone in our family post that if you want to quit shooting . You may do it.
Nisha looked at Nikita bent over to kiss her and saud yes If my daughter can put up a fight so can I .
Kabir: Thats like my wife and VSR 's best student.
Kabir backed off from his competition to stay with Nikita. HE had a huge responsibility to shoulder and though Nisha's parents were around he wanted to spend time with Nikita and let Nisha focus
