Initially, I did not even know him. But I watched two-three episodes of Haiwaan and I completely disliked him there.

Besides, I was bhatkofying in Twitter and honestly, I was quite disappointed with Gul and her team of writers.

Niyati needs exposure - fine. But I am not interested in any sort of mock-up, no matter who is playing it.

BTW, was Haiwan that bad? I did visit the forum a couple of times when Leena did a cameo and read the ML was a really well written character.

Same here... Niyati needs exposure, it's fine. But, I am not interested in any aira-gaira show just for her sake or for that matter anyone else's sake.

Ummm... I should say both.

I won't say that the show was a mind blowing one... The beginning was good even though the VFX was...ermm what to say? Laughable?

I kind of liked the first two episodes... But I couldn't develop the interest. Haan, I loved the bromance between Randhir (Param's char) and Ansh.

But, then came the FL, both fell for her... And presto, Ansh was turned the villain. Uske baad wahi ghisi-piti story. I didn't even bother to go through the WU after that.

ML was a well written character... Although, he did act like a noble idiot at several instances but wo to har jagah hota hai. I liked the character of Ansh more initially before he was turned into the villain, the Haiwaan. The antagonist was a purely rubbish character and even cringeworthy at times. FL was good but again I can't say much as I gave up entirely after a few episodes.

Coming to Param... I won't say that he was totally bakwas nor will I say that he was amazing.

I did like him a few scenes. But most of the time, he had to play the role of a drunkard, playboy kinda character...and he went really OTT many times.

These are my personal opinions... Others might have liked him. I didn't.

I was reading some comments and some people were talking about how Rabri Jilabi is a horrible mock-up of AsYa.

Now, I haven't watched Qubool Hain but I did catch a glimpse of a scene where Asad was crying and I felt KSG was wonderful. Plus one of the promo - SJ didn't look forced to me in her chirpiness.

But whatever pics I have seen of Jilabi, it's totally plastic/fake.

So I can definitely understand fans' reaction upon seeing the mock-up of their iconic couple.

I don't want to watch any such mock-up just for Niyati's sake.

MATSH made one thing clear for me - Ekta's characters are at least original; I mean each have some qualities that make them different from the others despite some repetitive stuff.

Gul and co fail there horribly. And I mean her writers too. At least the one who is writing the supernatural stuff. No ingenuity. Don't know what the hell are they gonna do in daily soap.

I don't have high expectation from this genre too. She used cheap and degraded version of IPKKND in Jale Hue Roti and apparently QH is being used for Rabri Jalebi with a pinch of IB.

So daily soap mein bhi yahi gul khilenge. Do we even care? 😎

Right now I am glad that the makers are making total kachra of BB and even the die hard fans have been super irritated. 😈 😈 😈

Well, I did know about the basic story and hence never felt interested because I hate noble idiots. The only show where I found this justified was Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki. Otherwise, I don't want to break my BFF's heart but I am willing to ruin his as well as my GF's life by forcing them to stay together - that's pure bullshit.

About acting, I'll take your word.

As far as the actor is concerned, I don't know why but I just never liked him. 🤔 Like you know, some people no matter how average looking they are, you feel good about them whereas some extremely good looking people don't seem great to you? He falls under that category. But if he's good at his craft, then all the best for him. 👍🏼
