Anant was looking at his beauty, sleeping soundly. He was feeling sad at his heart, though he was angry ,though he showed it to her, he was feeling very bad seeing his love like this. Wo hamesha navya ko sari pareshaniyon se door rakna chahtha tha. Navya ki aise halat bhi ussse dekha nahi ja raha tha. He thought

Anant : (in his mind) bhai jab ghar pe aayi thi tho sab ne kya lya liya tha, babi jab bimmaar padi thi tho ghar mei sab log bhahi ke peeche the. Kada pilana, unki dekhbaal karna……anant recollected those moments…. Looked at navya he felt very sad.

His eyes were filled with tears.

Aur meri navya ko…. Aisi halat mein anant slowly caressed her hairs……tears fell from his eyes. He was very upset seeing navya ….and then thought about his family, how they treated her……he was hurt….. looked to the idol of ganesha, closed his eyes for moment pleading to god to make his navya alright very soon.

Here navya was couldn't sleep soundly, she was turning to either sides…. Anant kept his hand on her forehead : bukhaar abhi bhi hai…. he felt the temperature.

He slowly caressed her hairs so that she sleep well and sat down with his head near her face and keeping his hand on her hairs. She could feel his touch even in her sleep and slowly drifted to her sleep as a small baby cuddling besides her pillow.

Anant looked at the phone: maa ko bathatha hoon, maa aur papa aayenge tho navya ko hi thoda acha lagega…

he took the phone , was about to dial the number he looked at the time: oh raat bahut ho gayi hai. abhi tho wo so gaye honge. Kal subah bathaunga….. he kept the phone aside and looked at navya. She was in good sleep. He decided to sit besides her for that night Anant too fell asleep in that position.

Subah kab hua patha hi nahi chala, jab navya ki aankh khuli tho bahut der go gaya tha.

Navya looked at the clock hanging on the wall : oh itni der ho gayi mein utti kyun nahi

Anant….. she called him

Anant came from the kitchen side… navya tum utt gayi, kaisi ho ab?

Navya: tumne jagaya kyun nahi? Dekho kitni der ho gayi? Navya slowly got up from bed, she was stil feeling the tiredness.

Anant: kyun kahi jaana tha? Anant also came near her. He was holding a cup in his hand.

Navya: haaa tumhe…. Office nahi jaana hai?

Anant: sat near her and touched her forehead. Mei apni jhalli ko aise kaise ghar pe akela chodtha?

Navya: smiled at him. She was feeling too tired might be the fever took all her strength. She was looking at anant. He got up

Anant: navya fresh ho jao…. Chalo mei tumhe chaai banake detha hoo

Navya was looking at him. When he got up she held his hand

Anant: kya hua?

Navya: mein kuch bolun? Tum gussa nahi hoge na?

Anant: tum bolo and again sat near her

Navya looked at anant : muje kal aisa nahi karna chahiye than na? muje tumhe aisa gussa nahi dilanaa chahiye than na? muje maaf kar do please……. Mei hamesha tumhari baat maanungi, mei bahut buri hoo na?

All this time anant was looking at her , looking into her teary eyes calmly listening to her words.

Navya: mei aage se tumhe koi pareshaani nahi dungi. And was saying sorry to him her eyes spoke now of her feelings.

Anant wiped off the tears from her cheek…

Tumhe lagtha hai ki mei ne tumhe maaf nahi kiya…. Aur waise bhi maafi unsse maangi jaathi hai jo apne nahi hothe….. mujse maafi…..

Navya: anant yu kahke merre dil ko mat bahalo, mei jaanthi ho, mei galat thi , aage se aisa nahi karungi….

Anant: muje meri jhalli pe koi gussa nahi hai. Jao ab jaldi fresh hoke aao. Mei aaj office nahi jaa raha. Bas phone karke bol diya. Aur kuch…..?

He asked navya very sternly

Navya laughed and got up to get freshened. Her heart was a little light now. But still she felt that somehow she was responsible for all this …she got freshened up and came out. Meanwhile annt made tea for her. And sat on the cot along with her for tea.

Suddenly navya's phone rang ….. it was her mom…she looked and attended the call she put it in speaker so anant could also hear

Meetha ma: navya tum kaisi ho?

Navya: teek hu maa… aap log kaise hai?

Maa: teek hu.. navya dadi aayi hai, tum logon se milna chahthi hai.

Navya: dadi aayi hai? she was happy kab aayi? Kaisi hai wo?

Anant also was happy to hear this. He felt that they should see dadi and go over there but then he thought let navya be alright. He suddenly remembered to tell maa about navya's condition, he gestured to navya who was talking with dadi to tell maa abt her fever

She looked at him, and understood the situation , meanwhile dadi was asking her about anant, anant too could hear this frm speaker

Dadi: navya anant office gaya kya? Ab kaisa hai wo?

Navya suddenly turning to the speaker , anant was about to open his mouth, navya got up from there : haaa daadi office chala gaya. Ab shaam ko hi lautega.

Anant was surprised with mouth wide open. Mei yahaan hu, iss ladki ko kya ho gaya hai?

Navya: dadi anant ke aane ke baad hum aapse milne aayenge. Aaj mei nahi aa paaongi, bache aayenge na padne ke liye , tho ... aur anant bhi raaat kko hi lautega...

Navya knew anant would snatch the phone now. Dadi: acha chalo tho tumse kal milthe hai, lo meetha ko phone dethi hoon

Maa: navya, tum log kal aaoge?

Navya: haa ma, nant se poochke aaongi..

Maa: navya tumhari awaaz aise kyun hai, tabhiyat tho teek hai na?

Navya: haa maa, mei teek hu... wo thoda gale mei kuch tha issliye

Anant was wondering why navya is saying so. Zhoot bolna bhi acha nahi lagthi usse aur aaj zhoot pe zhoot. Anant wanted meeta to know about navya's health so that she would be feeling relaxed and here navya ……….

Navya cut the phone before anant could take it from her.

Anant: navya kya kah rahi thi, aise bolne ki kya zaroorat thi, dadi se bhi aur maa se bhi.?

Navya didn't look at anant. She was scared for a moment and also feeling sad. But went and sat on the cot without facing him

Anant sat there : navya mei tumse pooch raha hu? Meine kaha than a, maa se hukhaar ke bare mei bolo, tumne bola kyun nahi? Maa aathi tho tumhe acha lagta aur tumhe jo bhi chahiye tha maa dethi na tumhe?

Navya: looked at anant: tum sach mei office jana chahthe ho? (her sound was very feeble)

Anant: nahi meine bola naa?

Navya: phir maa ko kyun?

Anant: agar maa aathi tho acha hotha na? tumhe kya chahiye ye sab maa ko patha hotha…aur muje ye kada sab babana nahi aatha.. mei tumhe sirf doctor ke dawayi de saktha hu….. maa hai tho sab jaanthi bhi hai issliye…..

Navya: muje maa ke paas math bejo..

Anant: kyun navya… kya hua tumhe…..

Navya: mei tumhare paas rahna chahthi hu….. anant looked at her, he was not understanding what she was talking ,all over confused

Navya continued: muje tum jo doge wohi chahiye, maa ke paas jaongi tho shayad aaj wapas nahi bejegi aur phir tum office bhi jaoge aur raaat ko aaoge ki nahi ….. wo mein ….wo … looking at him into his eyes….. mei tumare bina ek raat bhi akeli nahi rah sakthi.

Anant was just looking at her , her words was falling in his mind, heart ….. he felt so much of love for her ki just hugged her tightly.

Anant: mei nahi bejungaa, kahi nahi bejungaaa…. Apne paas rakhunga

Navya: raised her head looing at him as he was hugging her too tight …. Tum mujse ab tak gussa the na?

Anant: nahi , aisa kyun laga tumhe?

Navya: phir itne der se apne paas kyun nahi pakda?

Anant: acha ... ye baat hai,,, ab aise hi rahunga and tightened his hug again

Arey pagli, tumhe pyaar nahi karunga tho kisse karunga……

Navya: muje apne paas aise hi rahne do ……. Mei teek hojaongi…..and hugged him

Her mind was full, she knew she can love only him and he too can never go away from her. She was only his no matter how much they fight or shed tears, their love always bound them together.

Navya rested her head on his chest , he hugged her,.. slowly moved his hands on her loose hairs… and was smiling with a content mind that his love for her will always be so forever…

Anant: navya…. Tumhe bhook nahi lagi? Khaana nahi hai kuch?

Navya: hmmm she was just listening to him, but was feeling herself safe in his arms…
