I think smiley is with shaheer. She came to the sets all the time. A normal friend does not come all the time, only special friend does. Also in the surprise visit sbs shaheer was blushing so much with her and smiley herself mentioned that shaheer is Special to her. Sometimes actors are not very honest about their relationships because they think it will dissapoint their fans.
