Tnx for much needed thread ritchelle. You just said everything what was in my mind. I know whatever people might say for a girl, the life totally changes after marriage. Even if you have a very supportive husband and a family, definitely there are restrictions, mostly on career... Though I want Anant and Navya to get married, because they bring out the best in each other, they are too young to take on the responsibility of this institution...
Lets see where this would take us...

Ritch you made wonderful and apt post. Yes I agree with you there is no need to bash amar. But I would like if it be like navay goes to work after marriage from looney mansion. That is nayi soch. NO one has the right to stop her from going to work and showing her mettle to the world. But anant should support her for doing so. I won't agree on rethink on marriage but going to work after marriage would be right.

Agree to each and evry point of urs but everyone here are angry not because amar asked her to continue the job but coz he asked her to rethink abt marriage u urself said many times that cant a girl handle both the things i know she shoould not give up her carrer for a job but how can he ask her to give up her marriage for job that is also not correct and just by seeing the promo cant say the exact things now so will discuss abt it after the actual scenes but i will be happy if she first sets up her relationships around and mold them in a better way so that they themselves allow her to do job then that would be a real win for her coz she cant even act selfish here

this is a really wonderful post...i loved reading each and every word of ur's and i agree that navya should work and not let go of her career for marraige...if there was a chance of her continuing work after marraige also, then it would have been fine but here we know how tough that is going to be in bajpayee house...and the main thing is that anant should learn to openly talk to navya about his misunderstandings of her and finally learn that a woman can stay faithful to her beloved even if she works outside the house and meets other people...basically it;s not yet time for them to marry...navya and anant have to understand each other very well before marraige and for that a lot of time is needed...moreover viewers can watch enjoyable scenes mainly before their marriage only, so be happy that both of them dont get married too soon...i hope navya balances her relationship with anant and her professional work perfectly so that it will be a good message to modern girls...

Ritch thank you for posting this much needed thread..Honestly I was abit surprised seeing how a lot of people on the forum want Navya to give up her career just to she can sit pretty at home and how everyone pounced on Amar because he pointed out to her that she has the potential to be very successful in her work life? 😕

Yes, there is one thing that strikes as a bit awkward - Why is Amar giving her life advice when its not his job to meddle in her personal life? But I am guessing Navya told him about her impending resignation and from that point on he was talking to her as a friend, mentor, more than a boss..

Amar is right in his own place..He doesn't know about the trials and tribulations AnYa had to endure to get here, he doesn't know about Anant's prehistoric family..What he does know is that a girl who has every potential to succeed in her work life if giving it all up at the young age of 21 just so she can do her pati's and sasural's seva and be the adarsh bhartiya bahu..👎🏼

I ask all of the skeptics one question- Why should she give up her job before marrying? If its expected of her to sit at home then Anant should stop working as well seeing how she is much more capable than him academically..Why should she make all the compromises? Why should she have to choose between Work and Family? 😕

And everyone needs to understand one point here, Amar was trying to tell her to break off the marriage, he was just asking her to think her decision through one more time before throwing away a promising career for a life in that golden cage that is the loonie quilla..

I would HATE to see Navya giving up working..I really want the CVs to use this chance to truly show some nayi soch, to show the reforming ways of the new age India..And to all those people who think Amar is trying to come between AnYa- please give it a rest! He appreciates her talent and does not want it to go to waste, there is no harm in voicing out his opinion..She as the liberty to disagree with him..He is not forcing her to break off the wedding..

Well written Ritch👏 ...thumbs up for making such post ...this was much needed ...CV's hav totally changed audiences mind ...ppl are wid suggestion of navya quitting her job n getting married ...seriously it won b a nayi soch radr it wil b purani soch 👎🏼...navya meant to b a realistic show wher dey can show change in society's perspective ...CV's hav a very gud chance to make to nayi soch now ...Me toh glad amar sir raised her that question😛 ...nobody odr den amar cld hav asked navya to think abt it ...now anant shd show his maturity n let navya work after marriage

Ritch, A very well written brillinat analysis on Nayi soch...I am glad to see a sensible point of view abt the promo..Poor Amar was getting attacked ruthlessly for no reason and your points proves the positivty of his character..Yeah, the CVs succeeded in turning the audience into looney mentalities who are far away from nayi soch..

Leaving the job for getting married is not a wise decision..Navya proved out standing in studies as well as work and she truly deserves to reach on higher levels in profession..Amar being the WELL WISHER of Navya will think the best for her..Postponing the wedding doesn't means leaving Anant or wedding cancellation...I didn't see any fault in Amar advicing Navya...Cant understand the reason why people hate the most sensible character of the show...

I agree with u, but instead of postpoining her marrige , what nayi soch is that bringing to the looneys? They will remain how they were and i dont think thats the whole point of the show! The whole point is to show navya bringing nayi soch into the family and them slowly agreeing to it! And let me also mention this, no one is bashing amar because he is telling her to do job! But they are upset because he told her to rethink her marrige! Who he is to do that? So what if he is her boss its her personal life! He shouldnt be the one to tell her! If she really has that desire to work then she should convince the family !!! I think navya should work after marrige also but she should get approval from loonies as well! She should form that strong relationship with them that they will allow her and trust her to work! I feel that is nayi soch, instead of just postpoining the wedding and being selfish!
