Gr8 post Jen...lovely takes from the usuals...

i watched it...& have a different opinion so with deep breath & anticipating ande tamatar...i say, the epi didnt rub its magic on me. I dont attribute it to the age factor though...coz I am hopelessly sentimental about such last day things! Mebe...i need to watch it a couple of times to evoke same emotions like u all. IMO...it could have been so much more beautiful, if it wasnt so rushed. It was nyc, no doubt, & those flashbacks were really awesome...but it fell short of my expectations...or mebe my own days were much better!!😆

Now for some additional rants...😃

- Whats up with the lavender colour??Second fav after blue or what??The shirt Anant donned in the beginning...was it borrowed from Mohan's collection?? I hope not!! Since he wore it practically soon after Mo wore it...yikes... hygiene guys!

- Since Nish brought it to my attention, my eyes cudnt help wandering to the prof's desk...😲 no more bags there?!!! So after distributing the papers, the professors diligently stow the bags away...awww...where were u in my days?

- Oh! Another pt...i drooled over Mr. Droolsome's admittance that he cudnt concentrate...but really the mnemonic demonstration question threw me! I hope they didnt expect us to believe that which 5 cities are most populous in the country was a genuine final yr one! It was a def filler scene & it annoyed me bcoz this time cud have been better used in showing the farewell scenes...

-I will not dwell on Mr. Bechara & his bechargi bcoz Mrs. Bechari (I mean both Rs here!) will not learn the lesson!Rama will not stop being a chameleon & Renu will not use her 6th sense till Rama's obvious jealousy is stated in plain terms! Mr. Bechara is doomed in any case.

Ok...so rant over...what i really really liked was Deepu finally getting a job...that too not in Geeta/Vedanta publications! Phew & yippeee...i really thought it cud have come to that...😆

Pooja, amazing take as always! Thank GOD you brought up that point of the 5 most populous cities in India, I mean, which senior year student studies all that? And of course, the mandbuddhiness with which he didn't know mnemonics and all, was pretty lame, as most of us here agree! While the whole last day thing was horribly rushed, it somehow still brought back old memories for me..maybe cause I graduated like a few months ago, and its still all fresh? IDK, but the concept of the episode, and certain parts of it did evoke tears, NOT cause of the plot line, but because of the fact that it made me reminisce my last days at high school! But amazing opinion, really loved it!

Hey...i am totally with u guys...i mean it was nostalgic...but if such scenes dont make me cry...i dont give them brownie pts!!😆Weird logic...but my logic! & I was probably in too high spirits yesterday to feel like crying...mebe too tired this morning when i watched which is why i went...hmm...yea..oh aww...ok..😃

hahahahaaha Pooja, dw, I won't throw any ande-tamatar on you, its your opinion, and to a certain extent I agreed to it too! Hahahahahah I can imagine, you were probably too happy to get all emo watching this!

New Article on IF says Navya's writer has been changed, and she is the one who writes for Saath Nibhaana Saathiya along with someone else. Lets see how she moves the story forward! Addamates, your take on this new change in events?

all i can say is UHOH!!

We differed from the then CVs a bit too much earlier on..but the writers of SNS?!!!😲 The show has been on air forever..like 2 yrs now...the leads are still falling in love...i catch up on it from time to time...but there are certain elements in the show which are regressive!!

Ab toh Rama & BD ki chandi hai by looks of it...

@Preet- its on IF only dear, check the right hand side of your IF Navya forum Page 1 and then you'll see the article, it has a little NEW bubble on it, so easy to spot!

@Pooja- I had the same reaction! I mean, they got the writer of SNS! This CLEARLY shows ki ab Navya and Anant will get married, and Rama will make all sorts of stupid plans to ruin Navya's name in front of the whole house, and till the end of the show Navya will worship Rama and think she's the best bhabhi she could have ever got! Not to mention that the Renuka D'Rama is only gonna get worse from here at this rate! I toh am bracing myself for a BD-Roopmati/Devrani-Jethani saga, much like the usuals on SP! HOMP!
