i read all comments....
somewhere or somewhat navya is every girl story...my conclusion is that toomuch freedom is bad & too much restriction is also bad...so there should be balance... I think co-operation on both sides are needed b/w parents and their children. the key element that is "understanding" between both the worlds( old & new) is needed the most, den only the problem solves to some extent.

Yes, It is lol.

In my view yes, its the story of every individual who has been through his youth, though not a carbon copy, but yes some extent it is !

Thought-provoking, friend! 👍🏼

Interestingly enough, no, Navya is not my story. Interesting because my parents might as well be similar, I am not sure but Navya definitely doesn't stand a chance to have me identify with her. 😆

The thing is, I totally catch the point and I agree, most girls and parents have to combat this same thing allover. It is indeed real. Though in my case, you could say I am too much of a no nonsense tomboy, the wishes of a girl next door don't match with mine. Hence, I have a different way of dealing with my parents.

They dun trust me, but more than that they dun trust the world I am subjected to. They want to protect me and their own respect of the worldly harms, it's typical and my parents are ordinary too. But unlike Navya, I am not a hesitant and simple young lady. I am her stark opposite but true, I live in the same society as hers.

hey nice topic..

well i liked Navya till now but it is definetely not my story..its not like my parents are loose wen it comes to restrictions or something like dat..
my parents believe me and never restrict me for anything but at the same time dey also guide me showing all the bad things happening in the world and ask me to be careful..i'll also be like dat..
and abt the feelings Navya feels is quite common for evry teenager like getting attracted to a nice guy etc..but one thing is she is sooo shy and speechless which one especially girls shouldnt..like on dat day dose gundas were speaking harsh wid her..she atleast couldve screamed saying no its not mine etc..but she was speechless den..
i think i dun like dat quality or maybe dey'll improve char later on..but a nice and refreshing show

Yes to the certain extent navya is my story ,but they r some differences like they just dont send me to college to get degre they want me to work be independent unlike naavya parents who want her to get married only.i m like navya but sometimes i feel i m nt so dumb like her .sometimes i feel so sad for girls like navya i mean she is so scared of world her parents have not taught her how to face the world thats so sad .....................a parent should not overprotect her child to that extent that she turns into bechari lachar aurat.this show can either make such parents realise their faults or either make them feel that they r right ,we do it becoz they need to be protected bla bla.....................

hey all.

i think i m elder to most of u over here. bcos i m in my 20s. but well things dont change so easily for girls. specially when ur teenage had been like tht.

as for me... i m about 50-50 like navya including her love story. to a certain extent my parents had exactly the same tensions navyas parents have for her. but yes i never lied. i sacrificed my fun bcos i knew that my parents were right on their place... its only me bcoming excited. and this had an advantage. bcos when i genuinely had to go out, then or now.. they still believe me and they wud allow me even out of the city.

on the other side... like navyas parents my parents do have this restriction that i shud not mingle with boys,,, but at the same time they (at tht time) my mom had told me tht if there is any guy i like... i can inform them without any hesitation.... but i shud not take decisions alone...and this was back in school so think abt today.

in short i believe that i understood what my parents had asked from me. i did nt get scared from my father or obeyed them just for the sake of it . also i think my life was/is more like anant than navya though m family is not so strict like him.
