All the men in the show have the same look

With their long hair and similarly styled beards, all the men seem to look the same to me.

The male lead, his brother, the house-help, the now deceased Thakur .. actually pretty much every man except for the doctor I guess.

The male lead should look special. Disappointed with this kind of generic look.

That may well be true. But lets not forget its the clothes that make the man. ASR’s wardrobe played a huge role in making him that formidable personality. Yugs sloppy style dressing is taking away from his aura. Not clear but what kind of person Yug is supposed to be but long hair only fits the profile of romantic rebels not stern businessmen. They need to dress and groom him better.
