well i agree with you on this. There was no coordination between huti in the semifinal round. Their solo performance, bahon ke darmiyaan and choreo round(blind) was much much better than the semi finals. But must say their choreographers are smart they always try to coverup the faults of their jodi.

I dont like TB much but I think they were underscored a bit in semifinals.

YG's first performance was not that good. I am happy with the scores on that but the second performance they defenitely deserved 30. why saroj ate 1 point i still cant understand. Honestly that was the only performance which I felt deserved 30 in the whole episode.

I am not sad about who is in the finals, but only a little miffed abt the scores given in semifinals.

completely agree with you.the marking was not fair.fot the patriotic dance the song helped them hugely.just listening to the voice,one is touched.

personally speaking.. I loved the blindfold act.. when they repeated another "different" rope act it was kinda repititive(I dont mean step.. I mean simpicity in steps..not a normal dance that way)..now the patriotic performance..
atlast i find posts that share my opinions...

a nice read from a neutral viewer.. YG were not my initial favs..they are my final favs coz all my other favs have been eliminated...but I have appreciated other jodis performances if they were good...

in the next round bharat humko jaan se pyara song was way too amatureish.tina had no expressions at all.i thought that was complete injustice to the song.we had performed the same song in a concert in the US.it seemed they were already sure about the scores they would get so they didnt spend more than a couple of hours practising on that song.the judges, pretending to look patriotic awarded them a perfect score again.
on that day, the other 2 jodis had performed better and deserved better scores.
its a pity that people like saroj khan,malaika and kunal kohli are judging here.they are way too commercialized to be fair.
i dont expect people to spend money voting for the jodis they dont like( even if they are better that day) but atleast, i expect them to be honest and not bias on this forum when they comment on performances.
i was very sad to read people saying that hussain and tina's performance in the semi-final jerked their tears...also, that hussain and tina should win the final.tell me how can u say today that they should win the final when they havent even performed for the final yet? such bias people are all set to praise the candle-like tina even if she cant shake a leg in a performance.this has happened earlier to some other jodis too on this forum but i am not bringing those out as those jodis are voted out already.
be fair to "DANCE" atleast on this thread.
i am terribly sorry for tanaz and baktiyar who,inspite of performing better, had to pay the price that day of such bias judgement.i am feeling sorry for yash gouri coz such statements 'like hussain tina will win the final' must be lowering their moral.

me too not fan of any particular jodi! but i am passionate about dance, so, i see only dancing...i dont care who does what in personal lives. I just want to see a perfect dance! I have been in dance feild for past 20 yrs...i chreograph, n perform( in India, abroad) etc etc..i am telling u all this, just becoz i feel, i too can judge Dance in someway!

i too agree with you, abt HT's 2 performances...for the 1st number, i expected it to b more energitic, with lots of foot work...becoz that song demands it! May b if Hussain performed it alone, he would have done better justice to that famous number. As u said, the chorography is not that great...they saw to it that there r not really ny difficult steps! as u said, there were mistakes...i was really surprised to see thm getting full scores.

About the 2nd number, the concept is powerful, i agree....patriotism always has that effect...but, we r judging dance here...there is absolutely no dance here...no sync! yet judges gave thm full scores again.. At this stage(semi finals), we expect more from thm...some difficult steps, some difficult chorography...concept is imp, i agree, but Dancing should take 1st priority!

May be from next time, i mean NB 3, they should divide marks...! 10 marks for chroeographer, for concept n choreography, 10 marks for jodi, only for their dancing skills! lets hope for tat...

why r TB blamed for being repitive and monotonous when HT are not? arent they repeating their cover-up acts (to cover up that tina cant dance) with their drill displays?
i have not seen them dancing for a long time.i found tina's zinda hu main, the rope performance, the k sarah, and patriotic song mere skits.if these skits were done by hrithik pr prabhudeva i could understand that they r trying to be different coz they usually dance...but here HT r resorting to this strategy only to avoid dancing on a DANCE COMPETITION ! 😉

very very well said!! i couldnt have said it better! This is dancing competition, so, ppl like me naturally expect to see some good chorographed n energitic dances! not skits all the time! Like Shamak Davar type of dances....n yes, for songs like "bharat humko", expressions r very vital...actually, even if it is a slow number, it can b choreographed beautifully, with difficult dance steps...i have seen the same number performed on stage by a troup...we all were mesmerized by the show tat day!!! The same number was done even on Boogie Woogie show by a group! that too was mind blowing, (dance wise)...

the judges on nach baliye seem more to be modelling for some "TINA PROMOTION ACTIVITY".
the judges have complained at times that hiten-gauri, yash-gouri,gurdeep-arjun (may be more, except TB) were low on energy...but they have never had this complaint against the danity TINA.she for sure needs 2 chamach Dabur Chavanprash before each performance coz she seems so dull and dead, above which she is stiff too. 😆

thank god shweta tiwari and raja are not there...or we would have to see saroj ji donating full scores to them on their birthdays and anniversaries.did u all see how raja danced off-beat and then the judges praised him to their heart' content? 😡

Guess you missed out on their regional round performance... when all the judges said she lacked the energy and was not upto the mark.. While Husein was brilliant..got all the praises for being in character all the time... they still got a score of 23..

So much for 'Tina Promotion Activity'!!

oh yes ektaj.now i remember, they did tell her that day....and it was only after that day their choreographers prolly accepted that she cant dance so they started all the drill display (wish even their fans accpeted this fact)....they realised they couldnt bank on her dancing skill....and they havent danced ever since....but still she continues to lack energy.

(my favs are out of contest so i am nutral now)

If you think so.. fine.. to each his/her own! In such a case, I'll say Harshall-Vitthal are the smartest & most intelliegent choreographers ever.. wish your favourites choreographer was as smart.

Drill display?? hahaha.. guess our definitions of dance differ then.. To you, dancing maybe dhaad dhaad dhaad 1-2-3 steps.. while to me, its much more than that! 😊

First of All, i am so glad to see so many people agreeing with my post.
this post was not meant to initiate a debate, as the caption says, it is meant only for unbiased followers of the show.
sometimes, when authorized people fail to judge fairly, people get upset and need to discuss with like-minded people.this thread is meant for that.

tv_addict : plz refrain from getting into any argument on this thread.tanaz baktyar were called monotonous, which wasnt wrong as even i thought they were repititive at times.i agree with u on your say that hussain and tina have not been dancing.even i am disappointed, that why dont the judges tell them that enough of these skits now show us some dance.
i dont remember which jodi it was for, but malaika had said she wanted to see more dance in it....i was waiting to hear that in the semi-final too for hussain tina this time.but she didnt.
bharat humko was extremely childish.and i dont blame them or their choreographer for it coz i feel here the judges are wrong if they dont check them.

ektaj : i respect your feeling for your fav jodi.i know people do not see anything beyond what they choose not to see.u have plenty of other threads where u can discuss what u feel.this thread will not impress u so plz dont upset yourself by visiting this thread and responding.
