I think after neil's accusation on avni, that she is putting poison in his child about him, he will say some thing bad about Avni in fornt of mowgli and mowgli will shut him up by saying mumma will never say anything bad about you. and you are saying wrong things about my mumma. I hate you!! only then neil will think about how low he is been fallen in his own child's eye.
