Hello people!
I know much has been said about the show going off-air. People don't know whether it is or whether these are simply rumours which we should not pay heed to. People are also skeptical about the "sources" fans on Twitter have been talking about, but what I believe is that it is better to be safe than to be sorry. Zain himself has liked a post about the trend that is going to be taking place on Twitter from 9:30PM IST to 11:30PM IST.
I am not sure how much of a difference this is going to make - especially if the channel and production house have taken the decision to pull the plug on the show, but we can surely do what is in our control to prevent the show from ending prematurely. Much of the story is still left to be told, and I don't think any one of us (no matter how dissatisfied we might be with certain tracks in the show) would want to lose the show. Not right now at least. If the show had run its course, things would have been different, but we know that there is SO much potential in the show as well as the storytelling. Therefore, I would urge you people to join us in trending on Twitter tonight. Even if the show is not going anywhere, surely this would be a good way to publicise the show, especially given the fact that the channel hardly ever promotes Naamkarann.
Let's do our bit in saving the show - if not for anyone then for Aditi and Zain, who have given us so much to treasure. Surely we could do something in return for them. Would love to see as many of you as possible on Twitter tonight. Thanks fam! :)
