AvNeil SS ~ Colliding Each Other...Again

Not all those who run away are cowards...

She left the battlefield, not because she was afraid but because she loved, she cared...for a man who loved her more than himself, more than she could ever love herself, for that family who gave her a status of daughter in their family. This was her precious family which she couldn't see getting shattered and ruined by the devil's son, a devil himself.

She sat on the terrace of their Sukoon House, running her fingers over the only pic of theirs which she managed to grab from their room while running away ten years back.

'Dus saal Neil, dus saal tumse door rahi hoon. Aur najane kitne saal bitane padenge tumhare bina. Bohot adhura-sa lagta hai sab kuch aur bohot taqleef bhi hoti hai yaha...'

She pointed towards her heart 'But it is worth Neil. As long as you are safe and happy, I'm ready to undergo any difficulty and saddness.'

She held their pic closer against her chest and let tears escape through her eye lashes and reach her cheeks. This wasn't the first time she is crying since ten years and certainly not the last night she would be crying. She wanted to get back to him, hold him, love him, cherish him, raise their children...

stop! Her ming gave a sudden pause to the overwhelming dreams her heart began to weave. She quickly rubbed her tear strained cheeks when she felt a warm hand across her shoulder.

'Sunheri, you at this time?' She asked, shifting aside to give the woman little space to sit.

'Kisse apna dard chupa rahi hai, haan. Mujhse chupa rahi hai toh bata doon tujhe bekaar hai. I know you too well for that.' Sunheri answered.

'Kisse chupa rahi hoon apne dard ko, tumse ya phir us chaand se joh humse meelon doori mein rehkar bhi hume sunta hai. Ya phir Aayesha maa aur Neela maa se joh taare bankar aasmaan mein sajein hue hain.' She asked breaking down in front of her friend. If she had known the magical spells of time travelling, Sunheri would not have hesitated to send Avni ten years back to her husband and family. If she had the magical spell of reversing situations, she would have reversed everything that happened to Avni ten years back. But unfortunately for her, all she could do was lend a shoulder to Avni to share her grief.

'Ro le jitna rona hai, Avni. I won't stop you.' Sunheri whispered, rubbing her arm against Avni's back.

'Angel' They heard a voice of girl from behind. Avni quickly wiped her tears and turned around to see Saesha.

'Yes Saesha' She replied, standing up from the jhoola.

'Sometimes I miss being called Mishti, you know.' Saesha told, marching towards them.

'I miss him just like you.' By now she reached towards Avni and placed a comforting hand over Avni's.

'You - - you are getting it wrong. I...I don't miss Neil.' Avni fumbled with her words.

'I never told it's him.'

'Saesha, Sunheri please leave. It's midnight already. Grab few hours of sleep.' Avni told, avoiding both of them. Holding the photo frame against her chest, she walked down the terrace to join others for sleep leaving Sunheri and Saesha.

'You know Sunheri didi, it breaks my heart to see her like that. Meri purani Angel pata nahi kaha chupi hui hai is Neilanjana mein. I want my Angel back, Sunheri didi.' Saesha broke into tears seeing the alter ego of her Angel.

So, here ends the first instalment. I know it's really very short. Depending upon the response I will think of continuing this story.

It breaks my heart to see both Avni & Neil in the condition they are in. One is ready to risk his life every day for his love, while the other has accepted defeat & given up everything she held dear for her love. You have portrayed Avni's emotions so beautifully. It is hauntingly beautiful!

I'm glad that she at least has Sunehri to share her pain with.

When will Avni finally meet her destiny again? When will Neil's pain end? When will we get to witness our Avni hidden behind the veil of Neilanjana?

Their pain is really overwhelming. Update the next chapter soon Nivi. I'm getting impatient to read more.
