lots of great points arshisfan and globetrotter...i also noticed that bebe mentioned wanting to meet avni but nahi dikhaya. and there was talk of prakash n shweta at jail in pics but again not shown. i dunno if it was just edited out but its all very disconnecting as a viewer. and i also think the kidnapping idea is terrible but i didnt want to mention it in this post because i figured people would say lets wait for it to air in the episode and all that! but i actually think its a very insensitive idea...bechaari abhi jail se nikli hai. she has had enough adventure for a lifetime. and so has Neil too. she would be very happy to come back in a "boring" manner! but i will overlook it onlly because atleast avneil will be back in the same frame now! DD and ali should have been better utilised in the whole track but anyway its done now. i agree with you guys that the jail track was not all bad...thats actually what i said in my posts earlier also. it had some great scenes- some played out well, some could have turned out great if edited well but overall it still didnt work for me like it should have. thats why it feels worse. to see a track with so much potential not living upto it. its like having 2-3 matchwinning performances but still losing the match! i know logic and plot continuity takes a toss with daily soaps because of many many constraints and i can appreciate the effort of the team to give us different content but thats exactly why they need to give us more emotional connect. so that emotions ke aage we can overlook the logic and plot discontinuity issues. They left a lot of the backstory to just our imagination. Even now after all this, they are going to leave the NEO issue hanging. what did neo accomplish- nothing in the grand scheme of things. technically avni is still guilty of neils actions as neo so she should be serving time for that but its well left i guess! wish they could have left mishti out too! i just hope they dont commit the blunder of focusing on mishti instead of avni in the upcoming track. let her be like maddy bua and kareena...come in for guest appearance if absolutely essential and disappear entirely!

I honestly feel bad for Mishti, this child has been through a lot as well, all the things she lived and witnessed at such a small age, it's very traumatic, if a grown up person went through what she went through they would have been shaken to the core yeh to phir bhi bachi hai, so honestly I want her to be happy and come over her pain, I hope what she went through in her childhood doesn't mark her for life, so if AvNeil want to help in that, it would be admirable and totally human. I just want the focus to be on AvNeil, it should always be AvNeil centric, especially after all what they went through, they deserve to have at least normal days without any drama or missions, time which is only theirs, where they focus on themselves and each other, no third person, no mission, I want them to be happy, it's a long overdue!

Couldn't agree more all of you have pointed out everything that really lacked in this track along with what worked and what didn't work in this track as for now I'm happy that finally this track is ending I just hope the upcoming track should focus more and only on avNeil never ever on mishti at any cost the biggest disappointment for me in this jail track is they failed to show intense emotions of avni and Neil especially Neil's

Agree with you even I've been silent cuz I had no positive comments to share. Now that the track is ending I also do feel it was a bit of let down just like the Juhi track in terms of what they promised through that promo. I wanted that headstrong Avni to shine throughout the track without mellowing down at the sound of Neil's innocence. Also wanted to see Neil's backstory during the six months rather than that stupid Neo stuff which was basically pointless. Instead of hatred it would've been nice to see more bickering scenes of Avneil where inspite of Avni knowing why Neil locked her up she still is a bit annoyed with him for putting her through all that. Instead we got completely mellow Avni the moment she found out why he arrested her. And Khannas were just plain annoying and useless in the track.

I have no hopes from the future track cuz CVs have never really paid attention to what we've asked so far. Just wish it was all Avneil and family based without an overdose of villains.

Was feeling bad for the forum where people were made to hold back from posting genuine feedback in the name of positivity.. Thankfully I wasn't watching the track because if something is not going well it's difficult to hold back.. 😆

I'm not sure what's the state of the show currently but I'm sure the forum has become very dull and boring place.. Hope to see more people coming forward to post their genuine feedback on the episodes without feeling offended.. And my problem is I'm lacking the motivation to watch the episodes for lack of open feedback😆. Maybe the makers are also lacking motivation to make some good episodes not knowing what the people really feel about the episodes😕?! Or maybe the show has got on to the TV normalcy holding on the TRP pulse who don't write anything here but the feedback is known from the ratings?!

Not sure if they are intelligent enough to understand that 😕 when people have been so vocal about few things but still Cvs shows what they wanted to show did really care for what audiences wanted to see they are back to square one writers editor directors and cvs have a lot to work on if they want to retain the loyal audience and get the neutral once to watch the show

The whole Juhi and Jail track were NOT handled well at all. Juhi track could have ended in one month easily and Jail track could have been stretched for 2 months provided :

One more thing is that the episodes are quite forgettable. I still remember avneil condo scenes or even the dvm scenes quite clearly but this whole jail track has been a blurr. If you show me snippets, I won't be able to tell what came where. That is majorly because I, as a viewer somehow felt emotionally detached from the whole thing.

What they ended up gaining putting in an unwanted leap is still not clear to me. Maybe, it was the time taken for Vidyut's kidneys to deteriorate.

And as much as the FD has been united, with the whole #missiontrp, it never reflected because of absence of a strong execution of storyline.

Character and storyline make a show. We have immensely real characters, we also had a potential storyline but the way it was shown has ended up creating more and more loopholes as a result, even for fans like me, it has become forgettable.

How do the makers expect more people to join in to watch a show, if their core fandom is struggling with accepting what is being shown?

If at all cvs see these posts, it is time for them to INTROSPECT. And it is the best time too. Especially, when this track is wrapping up and we can have a good track next. Please have a clear concept next and don't change tracks midway, giving half baked goods because I still do believe great things can come from Naamkarann Again.
