I'm super excited about tomm's epiosde because finally kuch REAL RAW emotional Avneil angst dekhne ko milega. i hope there are no cuts by the editors! And also I'm happy because of the OLV showing ki avni is finally back home. so finally jail track is ending. that's the only positive. I hope before the next BOMB that happens we get a good LARGE dose of Avneil scenes so that we can just watch them repeatedly to get through whatever is the next track planned by CVs

Welcome back 👏 wow that was very well put together rant with a lot of logical questions which you not find answers to and just have to live with it I completely agree with you on that fact that this track had a lot of potential which cvs have failed to tap into they barely touched the surface and when they realized it's not working they started to take the bullet train ride to finish things and that's when logic disappeared
I have been ranting the whole week about how boring the episodes where expect few scenes tbh I don't remember what happened last week but I am glad it all over,

My major issues with this track has been lack of emotion in this track expect from character growth of avni there is nothing more, Neil's backstory and emotions were left to our imagination which I am getting tired of now there were so many scenes where Neil should have been emotional looking at avnis state in jail but he did even flinch looking at her getting hurt, eg avni hurting herself, jail inmates hurting her , jailerand RP torturing avni nothing reached Neil when he came to meet her I expected him to at least ask her how she got injured or how are you avni but no cvs were to busy in letting Avni know the little bomb is alive to spoil the mood of FD looks as if directors have forgotten avneils chemistry I loved the reunion scene because AvNeil were finally in one frame after ages but it didn't have much impact as whole for me ,he heard that jailer punished avni putting her in a manhole but for that also I did see any emotions on Neil's face like seriously dude it you're wife who's going through all this but finally we will see some angst tomorrow when he sees her half dead,

Another thing I am tried of is Misthi bachao missions how many times they will repeat this I have no idea and I don't think vidyut will keep quite and not try to kidnap Misthi again from khanna house,please someone explain the reason she is in khanna house where she has no relationship with anyone, and as you mentioned khannas were Thaali ke baingan I don't know what there story was in last 6 months if cvs care to show they might shed some light on that or we will have to imagine or tell some FF writers to do the honors as I am running out of imagination

Please cvs bring back to old charm this show had please bring back the positivity and the chemistry of our leads

I agree. avneil have amazing chemistry, it needs to be fully tapped into by the makers. especially with all the news of show being under scanner and TRP n all that. Avneil scenes = increase in TRP! now that avni is coming back home they can really give us lots of avneil scenes. dunno if they'll give us backstories n all but atleast we should get to see an Avenil heart to heart- avni's repentence for being impulsive in the past and putting neil in a position where he felt compelled to send her to jail, and ESPECIALLY neils guilt for sending her to jail and all that she had to go through there and how LONG it has taken to get her out! they keep saying 6 months but its been longer, 6 months was the leap - jail track beginning and all this drama easily accounts for atleast 1-2 more months if not more. in NK world time goes fast coz Avni neil already celebrated their first anniversary also so its probably time for the next anniversary now! and they really need to take a break and spend some quality time together...wanna see some regular scenes at home...them going on a date, or just having a meal together...just simple regular things a married couple would do!

TRPS will only increase if we get some nok-jok, romance before next dramatic twist, fans won't watch on tv or at all if you don't give us some Avneil moments

Nowadays in NK, everything is mission oriented. As if cvs have some target like they have to show some n number of missions in a particular week. Lot of inconsistencies in characters' behaviour. Emotional connection is missing.

@Neeraja91 Not only you I am also very disappointed with the way things are going on in NK and I'm clarifying that I'm not so positive to overlook everything and just enjoy avneil's growth as a couple. I am not really happy with the show but pace is good.

Only thing that I thing is definitely creditable is the pace. Atleast the story is moving forward fast n not dragging. But for most of the jail track I can remember seeing ballu, jailors, kaidi, etc. I don't think Avneil need to be in the same frame fir us to see their angst n their feelings! They are great actors. There are so many ways to show the emotional connection. They have done it in the past. Now atleast with avni coming back they need to make full use of the chance n give us only and only Avneil! Before they think of the next twist we need a breather. I don't want even khannas, I just want avneil to take a holiday! And just talk to each other!

I do agree they need to show some heart to heart talk betweenAvNeil.

The fact is that no matter how much we like Avni and Neil as characters and as a couple and the story overall, we can't ignore the questions our mind asks and the feelings our heart expects!

The only point I guess I have another opinion about is why Avni became senti, I guess Neil's presence couldn't leave her indifferent as she loves him to bits, but yes I also don't understand why she didn't defend herself in front of inmates and RP!!!

And I also agree on the fact that had they focused on Neil's feelings, this track would have reached another level, yes we have been shown some of them, some scenes were really good but honestly many times we have been left craving for more! I don't know if editing has a contribution to this, as in if they don't edit well they might show a wrong reaction to the action/news, which makes us feel disconnected to the reaction! but apart from editing, it's very clear that the focus was more on plans/drama/twists etc than on showing Neil's feelings, we have been shown some of them on some scenes but in this track apart from trying to prove her innocence the focus should have been on his feelings as well as hers, with her I have no complaints honestly but I felt more should have been shown from Neil's side. I know he has a lot on his plate as usual but still his reactions and feelings should have been given a lot more importance.

I couldn't connect well to Khannas honestly, because if they love Avni this much, the least they could have done is pay her a visit during her hard times especially since they felt their son didnt help her!Add to that Bebe's behavior in the hospital when she thought Avni is taking revenge from Neil!These are big bloppers which made me connect less to Khannas though I loved Parakash's reaction to Vidyut. Just to be fair to CVs, I heard that they wanted to include Khannas in the jail track (the six months) but channel didn't want to, and they were brought only later but the disconnect has already happened and it was even more after the way Bebe doubted Avni in the hospital, so even when they brought them back, they did this big blopper, I agree drama is good, it might catch eyes but it should not be against character growth! Also what happened to Bebe's visit to Avni, there was a scene where she asked Ali to arrange a visit for her!

The inmates flipping is another inconsistency, from being her fans, to being inhuman and cruel to getting back to being her supporters!!

There were many other bloppers in the rescue mission etc, few simple details could have made things more believable and relatable. For example when Balu was showing the house to Neil (Oncar Singh), he showed him a back exit, why this wasn't used?!, ok switching off the light and the smoke bombs are good as a distraction but why did he push the trolley on the stairs and wanted to go out from the main exit!!! and how come they couldn't catch him while they had weapons and he had actually a hindrance in the form of the trolley which had Mishti and Neela on it! The sensible thing I suppose was Neil dstracting them with smoke and switched off lights while he goes out with Neela and Mishti from the back exit, then if they needed Ballu to still know Neil took them away, they could have shown him seeing them from the window thus giving enough believable time for Neil to reach his car with Mishti and Neela before the guards run after him!! I thought the main idea was to take Neela and Mishti without anyone noticing them!

I also wonder how could this drive take so much time, when they left it was night and when they were blocked by Vidyut and his goons it was daylight!

Another thing I saw from OLVs which I found not suitable to the situation, is Neil kidnapping Avni to bring her to the Khanna house! I mean seriously, giving her a mini heart attack is all what was missing! Ok he wanted to make it special but how is getting her scared after all the bad times she has been through is special!! if it was in some other circumstance, it could still be little bit overlooked though I honestly totally disagree with these kind of ways, but now that was kind of reckless. He could have just blinfolded her and told her he is going to take her to some special place, she would have been equally happy and without going through tension, I mean how is their life lacking any spice, they have been through all kind of khataranak adventures, so there was absolutely no need for all that!

All this being said, I still say that I liked the jail track overall, it was kind of fresh and we got some really good scenes, especially in the beginning, I think the scenes in Neil's cabin were good, when Avni was cursing herself for getting weak in front of Neil, when Neil was hell scared when she disppeared and was relieved and emotional when she came back, the "dil diya gallan" scene when she confronted him and he said "sunayi deta hai yeh dil aaj bhi kiski naam se dadhakta hai", I might be in the minority but I liked the interrogation scene post Sunehri getting caught with the blueprint. I liked how leads were shown smart though for drama it was shown as of no use many times LOL but still seeing them thinking and trying to do something even if not fully successful is better than seeing them inactive and clueless. So I wouldn't negate the positive things even when I clrealy see the bloppers and some inconsistencies, I also heard of the pressure the channel has on CVs, they don't always show what they want, many times channel interfers by making them show something they don't want to or preventing them from showing something they want to! but yes they also falter for whatever reason, now it's not like it's always channel's fault! Obviously I don't know how things really work only people who work in the industry can really know who calls the shots and how.

I also still maintain that AvNeil are amongst the best well written characters on indian tv and their growth as a couple and as individuals is good as well.

But there is always scope for improvement, indian tv has a very long way to go, for now I'm appreciating the positive things in the show but I can also see its flaws!

Being positive overall doesn't make us delusional, we just overlook some things, because honestly in our real life there are more important things to fight for and ponder over!😊
