Neil stood infront of a tied up Anand
"For all the wounds you have given Avni, I will make sure you pay"

Anand laughed "Oh go on, what are you going to do"
Neil raised his knife, cutting the skin of Anand's arm he poured salt on it
"This is for kidnapping Neela"

Anand groaned in pain, shaking his arm to try and remove the salt that was now soaked in by the blood

Punching him in the face he hit him in the throat as Anand bent forward choking
"Want me to stop"
Anand nodded

"You didnt stop when Avni begged"
Cutting the ropes, he grabbed him and shoved him into the wall, banging his head into it he shoved him on the floor

"And this, this is for messing with the woman I love, for trying to take her away from me"
Anand looked up at the butt of the gun

"You dont need to do this, please" he begged
Neil pulled the trigger, Anand's eyes flew back as he choked and his hand fell to the floor, eyes rolling over.

An hour later Neil arrived back
"Why was someone else protecting me rather than you" Avni asked

"Lets just say Anand wont bother you again"
Avni looked over at him "what"

"Hes dead Avni"
Neela dropped the glass in her hand , Avni ran over to her

"You're safe, hes gone Avni, I cant believe it" hugging her she cried
Mouthing a thank you to Neil she sighed in relief

Avni suddenly stopped "Does that mean youre leaving "
Neil shook his head "No, Anand was working for someone, I have reason to believe it was Neela's ex husband"

Neela's face turned pale as she held tightly onto the arm of the sofa

"But after hes gone, will you leave then " Avni was overwhelmed with sadness, she didnt want him to leave, not at all

Neil nodded "I wont be your bodyguard after hes gone "
Avni took in a deep breath

Neil wanted to say but I will be your husband, but not now.
Not until Avni would admit how she felt

Avni ran up to her room, her head was full of Vivaan coming back and Neil leaving

He had become such a big part of her life so quickly

A knock on the door caused Avni to look up
"Come in"

Neil opened the door, walking in he shut it and leaned against it
Avni stood up

"Look Neil "
Neil shook his head as she huffed "Khanna then, stop being so stroppy, where will you go when this is over"

"Canada, theres a job waiting for me there"
Avni scrunched up her face

"What if I want you to stay here"
Stepping towards Neil, she cupped his cheek

"I dont want you to leave, atleast not without me"
Neil pulled back "You want to come with me"

Avni nodded "Wherever you go is where I want to be, if youll have me I will follow you anywhere"
Neil smiled, pressing a kiss to her forehead

"Just admit it"
Avni closed her eyes
"I love you Khanna, I really do"

Neil smiled, picking her up by her waist he span her around "I love you to Avni"

Wrapping her arms around his neck she giggled
"You are the biggest idiot " she muttered into his neck

"But im your idiot "

And they lived happily ever after!

The confession was really cool . Avni confesses only when she has no other option . The girl is such stubborn and strong willed .

Neil thinks Anand is dead, lets just hope he's right! Vivaan is just like Dayavanti in the soap and hates the fact that an Indian woman (Neela) has adopted Avni (A muslim girl) but that will be explained in the story, he doesnt just want to kill Avni, he wants Neela dead to.
