The Bodyguard- (25 Parts) Part One Complete P18 Announcement

Neil dropped to the floor as a gun was fired.
Sliding behind a boulder he lifted his gun, pointing it at the man, he shot.

The bullet hit the mans arm as he flew back.
His men ran forward picking the man up and dragging him away.

Roy his superior slapped his back "Another succesful case, think you can handle another"

Pouring water over his face, he shook his hair
"Of course Sir"
"Ill fax over the details in 60, for now, go home and rest, you start tomorrow"


It was about 90 minutes later when Neil looked over the fax
His mission, to safeguard a muslim woman who was under threat due to a missing jewel

Neil packed his stuff ready for the journey and set his alarm.


Avni sat in her room, fluffing a pillow she sat on the bed
Her fingers played loosely with her necklace

An older woman walked in, sitting next to her
"Youll be safe soon, ive hired a bodyguard for you"

"But Neela ma, I dont want one"
Holding her hand "Avni, I wont take no for an answer, this is for your safefy, for now just rest okay"

Avni agreed and led down ready to sleep

Neil arrived at the house at 9am sharp.
Neela walked out to shake his hand.

"My name is Neela, I am Avni's mum. The girl you will be protecting"
Saluting he followed Neela around the house

"And this is Avni's room"
Neil nodded as Neela got a phone call

"Just go in, I wont be long"
Neil pushed the door open

He could hear the shower, and very loud singing

Picking up a photo he looked down at it, it was a picture of Neela and what must be Avni

"Chore, chore" Avni shouted

Neil turned around to face Avni, but was hit around the face with a bat

"Come near me and I will kill you"
Neil held his head as Avni jumped on the bed

"I have a bodyguard coming, hes very strong and he will kill you"
Neil decided to have some fun

"So you've met this bodyguard huh, so have I nice guy, dead now"

Avni squealed "Murderer, you killed him, wheres his body"

Neil pointed to the cupboard as Neela walked in

"Whats all the noise, oh my god why are you bleeding"
Avni jumped off the bed

"Neela Ma, hes a thief"
Neela laughed "Avni, hes your new bodyguard "

Her jaw dropped as Neela gave her the first aid box
"Clean him up"

Avni pulled Neil to the bed, wiping away his blood, she moved away

"You know with how you hit me I dont think you need a bodyguard"

Avni turned, glaring at me
"Well you were just stood in my room and you lied to me"

"Well you assumed I was a thief"
Avni rolled her eyes "Thats what normal people do"

As she put the box back , she squealed as she turned to face Neil
"Oh wow, wheres your shirt"

Covering her eyes, she peaked through them
In all the rush she hadnt noticed how good looking he was

Neil laughed "Theres blood on it"
"Well thats no excuse to walk around naked"

Laughing again "I'm not naked im topless, I can be"
Before he could finish the sentence Avni threw a towel at him

"Ow are you trying to hurt me"
"Yes, now cover up"

Avni stepped up to grab a box when she stood back she bumped into Neil

"Am I distracting you"
Gulping she turned and shoved him back

"No, now go and do your job"
Laughing he walked away to his room

Resting against the door she fanned herself

Having a handsome bodyguard was not as easy as it seemed

Neil stood infront of the door "Where are you going"

"To see my cousin, excuse me"
Neil blocked the door handle

"Not without me"
"What"
"Nowhere is safe, so I have to go with you"

"Urgh fine"
Allowing Neil to pull the door open she sat in the car

Shortly arriving at the cafe Avni hugged Riya

"And who is this"
"My bo-"
Neil stuck his hand out "her friend, Neil, pleasure to meet you"

Riya smiled, nudging Avni "You never told me you had such a handsome friend"

Avni gritted her teeth as she smiled, why did this bother her?

"Can I have your number" asked Riya
Avni choked on her coffee

Riya stood up "Ill just get some tissue "

Neil looked at Avni "We cant tell anyone who I really am to you, but if I give Riya my number would you mind"

"What do you mean, im not jealous"
Neil smirked "I never said that, but of course if you are jealous"

Avni shook her head "Give her your number, why should I care"

"Okay, well it wont interfere in my job"

Avni rolled her eyes "uh, huh"

Riya walked back over as Neil wrote his number down

She smiled, pressing a kiss to Avni's cheek she walked away

Avni stood up walking to the car
Neil shook his head "No, not jealous at all"

Avni turned away from Neil as he sat in the car

"Avni, whats wrong" Neil said in a teasing voice
Avni continued to ignore him as she turned the radio up louder

Turning the radio down he stopped the car
"We're not moving until you speak"

Rolling her eyes "I went to see my cousin, yet most of the time she spent with me was gawking at you, like youre some rare breed"

Neil nodded "So, not jealous "
Avni faked a laugh "No, not jealous, you think to much of yourself Neil Khanna"

Neil smiled "If it bothers you, I wont answer her calls"
"It doesnt bother me, you do what you want just not in our time"

Neil wriggled his eyebrows "And what specifys as our time"
Slapping his arm she scowled

"Eyes on the road Khanna, not on me"
Saluting "Yes Madam"

Avni couldnt hide her laugh as she stole glances of him as he drove

As they arrived back at her house, Neil picked up his phone

"Oh hello Riya, im good" he laughed
"Yes of course its a date , you looked very beautiful today"

His eyes remained on Avni as she glared "Do your flirting on your free time "

Walking away Neil threw his phone and caught it
"Riya wasnt even on the phone" he laughed but she had already walked away
