What simi says is best suited and justified for Neil Khanna but in real life I agree it depends on persons perspective and offcourse parents love for all their children are same no matter who the mother is

In a very general perspective any child is an independent life on its own without being tied to the parent for being loved or hated..

But it is very subjective.. Some parent may loathe the kid if he/she has hatred for their spouse and show it on the kid.. There are also some parents who get separated but want to keep the kid for the love of the child...

On a lighter note, In this case Neil being Neil would've loved his kid be it from Juhi or Avni or Mitali or Rhea.. And even if the queue grows on and on.. 😆

I like this idea of getting Avni and his child by hook and crook

Neil will secretly meet Pillu to make a place in his heart and Pillu will ask Avni to get Neil as his father😛

But love is a feeling that cannot come out forcefully. Neil might have fulfilled his responsibilities for children from other women but pyaar toh Avni waale yaa waali se hi karta😉

I want Tillu to focus on his Pillu.. That's all.. And Pillu can't be coming from.any random woman.. He's gotta come only from Avni.. But Tillu is not very reliable in that area.. 😆

But we know Neil Khanna.. He does the right thing and right thing by everyone.. 😉

He has a very big heart and anyone can take their place there.. 😳
