Either Neil thinks Avni helped Ali in escaping or Avni is creating hindrance in his investigation.

now i think cv's made neil a police officr just to use thaat handcuffs ..🤣

It's seems Neil always keeps a pair of handcuffs with him...He seems to be keeping 1 at his house and 1 in his pocket ...in future when they have kid can use 1 to tie the baby to the crib
