I think the one flaw he has is his strict law-abiding, go-by-the-book approach. At times he can become too fixated on following things through in a 'lawful' way, which isn't necessarily bad, but he tends to lack understanding towards a person, where abiding by the law may not be best suited to a person's situation. He sees things as either right or wrong, lawful or unlawful, good and bad, but at times fails to understand that there may come a situation where doing the right thing may not be an option, or the best option, as a person's situation can force them to take a middle route that, although isn't a route treaded on with wrong intentions by any means, in practise it can seem to be the wrong solution to a problem, but necessary. He's basically a loyal and almost blind follower of the law and rule books, who often can't seem to see the flaws in those laws/ rules, so judges a person who he feels may not be abiding by them laws.
