Loved the episode, I feel it had intensity and charm to it
I will talk about the leads scenes mainly, about Ali I would say one word DELUSIONAL, I feel for him for now but his imagination and his deep wishes are impacting him, so in the few clues he found he started imagining things in a delusional way, that line of Avni can't love anyone but me kind of depicted the height of delusion, as far as I know, she never did something to let him think that she thinks of him in another quality other than a friend! You will see the subconscious is playing a huge role in today's episode.
For Rhea I would say dumb and mean, she wanted to set fire to AvNeil's life she ended up setting her room on fire 😆!

Our lady was so happy to get a letter of her husband, she thinks he is finally giving her attention and he planned a surprise for her, obviously she justifies all this to herself by him wanting to thank her for the gift (the gift she didn't give him lool, seriously who would take a gift that wasn't given to him by the person who brought it, even if you find it you will still wait for it to be gifted to you😆). She feels excited to the idea of going on a date with her husband, she doesn't know how it feels like to do so, afterall she never experienced that and when girls were dreaming during their teenagehood and the early years of their youth she was planning her revenge and had neither time nor willingness for love.
She gets delighted to see the nice decorations and blames herself ki she does know nothing about these things and look how Neil planned all this. She starts her monologues and after that she gets that dreadful dream which will hurt her so much, I tried to analyze her feelings and what she wants through her dialogues, let me know if you think I got them right :
If I fall sick, this trip will get ruined = she doesn't want to fall sick because she likes the trip, she wants to spend time with Neil away from the house
Should I leave, no! what if Neil comes here and doesn't find me = She cares about what he thinks, she doesn't want to disappoint him or ruin his surprise and she is excited deep inside to know what he will say and what he has planned, otherwise, the cold weather and rains and the fact that she is ill are enough raisons to convince Neil of why she left from there before he came
In her dream Neil saying, I would have done this for any other girl, her hurt reaction after that and the way she said "kya?"= She doesn't want to be like any other girl, she wants to be the GIRL, THE ONE, the SPECIAL UNIQUE ONE for him!
In her defense she says that she also says thanks to every person who does something for her
Her whole world became black litteraly (as they showed the image in black and white and not in colors) when he said (in her dream of course) that yeh shaadi sirf ek dhong hai (this marriage is just a pretense)
The way she clutched her saree when he gave a yes as an answer to her question whether he wants to break the marriage, the way she put her hand on her heart because it was aching, the way she was shattered and couldn't even walk straight and stumbled which lead to the mirror breaking, those broken pieces having her face on them showed how she broke again or would break if he leaves her life and then her final reaction where she no longer thought about ego or anything and just let her feelings out when she pleaded him "Nahi Neil issa mat karo/No! Neil don't do that"
Her sighs of relief, her wiping her sweat after the bad dream she had, the way she was putting her hand again on her chest, the way she wipes her tears in relief and says Thank GOD!!
All this proves how desperately she wants this marriage, how desperately she loves him!!
There was a scene after that where she was shivering because of fever and the cold weather but she still had tears in her eyes, the impact that dream had on her was strong, it has woken up her fears, the fear of losing him, the fear of waking up and finding that this happiness she feels with him is just a dream and it will disappear the moment he tells her that he had had enough of this natak, leaving her with nothing but emptiness and pain in her life. She didn't give any name to their relationship, she didn't ponder over what she feels and why she feels it, all she knows is that she is in pain to the idea of Neil being in this relationship only out of pity or to pay off her favors.
She no longer had strength to wait and decided to leave from there and she slipped and boom her saviour helps her as always, they get lost in each other (nicely shot!👏) but then she pushes him away because her fears wake up again. Obviously he doesn't understand why she behaves the way she does, he thinks she was talking about him leaving her to go to the hotel, while she was talking about something else, curiously he said he will not leave her alone whether she likes it or not, this brings me back to the symbolic scene where he was the one who saved the knot from opening the day of their wedding during their pheras, I feel he will always do that, unless she asks him to free her of their relationship, he will never do it.
I just adored that scene a lot, a lot, so much intensity in it. I loved the "choro mujhe Neil😳, she looked so vulnerable, so hurt, so in pain. After having that dream, she decided not to get carried away and dream happily about this relationship, she doesn't want to get hurt, she doesn't want the overwhelming feelings she started having to take control of her while she thinks Neil is just doing all what he does out of pity, and kind of forced into the relationship, she is a woman with so much pride, she doesn't want ehsaans anymore, she can't settle for less than a reciprocated love in this relationship.
Their dialogues had double meanings while he was asking her why did she come here if she wanted to leave anyways, she answered obviously about something else other that his question, she answered to herself about coming this close to Neil and letting her feelings take control of her, she said atak gayi thi, ghalti hogayi thi muthse, dobara nahi hoga (I went astray, I made a mistake, it won't happen again), she had tears in her eyes, she deep inside blames herself for dreaming and letting a man affect her, her past fears came to surface also, the way she has seen her mom suffer in love, her resolution to never make the mistake her mom made and fall in love (if you remember the scene in the bathroom during Holi, she said that Pyaar ka dosra naam is karvahat/bitterness, barbadi/destruction, nafrat/hate, he said then maybe you never felt true love in your life and she said that karna bhi nahi/I don't want to feel love). Obviously she didn't explicitely voice out all what I said to herself today but it's all coming from her subconscious and it's impacting her behavior!! And when Neil asked her hogaya kya hai tume, I was like if Avni's subconscious would answer sincerely from the deep inside , it would say "hogaya hai mujhe pyaar, nahin hona tha, nahin hona tha lekin hogaya". (it's a song by the way, press the button play to hear it, it might take some time to load and you could see it).
After that again, her slef respect and hurt started speaking when she said that she doesn't need his help and and that there is no need of him to stay with her if forced!! It shows that she wants him to stay with her because he wants to, because he likes her and not because he pities her or to pay her ehsaans!
Poor Neil during the whole scene, he was worried for his wife, she wasn't feeling well, she was shivering, crying, there was a land slide near. There was a mix of tenderness, firmness and frustartion in his way of dealing with her: tenderness because he cares for her and can't see her in pain and he tried to make her understand, frustartion because she didn't want to understand or listen to him and firmness because he had to make her understand otherwise she will put her self in danger due to her stubborness!
When she utters the word ehsaan she also triggers his fears as well, he was hurt that she is taking whatever he does for her as ehsaan/favor (actually she didn't want him to stay with her against his will and she said she doesn't need this ehsaan), while he also thinks she is with him just to pay his ehsaans and as a real man he won't force her to anything and won't either settle for less than reciprocated love, and since he thinks his lady is only paying off his ehsaans, he will feel, in the last scene, that he has no right to give her body heat.
Anyways I can go on and on about the scene and the minute details and expressions, it had a lot of things and we started to see the intensity we wanted (right Azalea😊). These meaningful conversations make more sense, they give us insight into what protagonists feel and the turmoil they go through because of their feelings, their fears and the wrong perceptions they have. This will eventually help them to slowly slowly face and understand what they feel and what they want.
On a light note : Now what will happen in the morning that will make him tie the mangalsutra around her neck, I don't know! Does he feel more haq after the body heating, getting this much close to her 😳
