Exactly, and Bani was also bashed a lot for this from what I remember as blindly used to trust Jay and blindly blame and doubt Veer all the time.

ML not being head over heels in love with FL is one thing. But how they showed Rishab's actions today, that was clear cut Cheating on one's spouse.

He's not in love with Pratha, that's fine. He thinks she's a traitor, that's also fine. But he should've completely cut ties with Reem after the wedding. If he's helping Reem cope because of his guilt, that's justified on his part. But this is not guilt what he did today!

He's giving hope to Reem while still married to another woman! Traitor or not, she's still his wife. Personally, I'm not really comfortable to see him develop feelings for Pratha in future after how they've showed Rishab & Reem today. 👎🏼

I fully agree with your point and that's what I had already mentioned about in the other topic.His involvement with Reem if it continues is only gonna damage his character in the long run since he's already married to Pratha.

He has not gone ga ga over her but he forgets that the Traitor is his wife and he cannot abdicate his duties towards her just bcoz of some suspicion.

He's pretty much hyper whenever he talks about Pratha.He needs to calm his mind a bit and think logically that the virus cannot be spread by one person alone in this case it's Pratha for him.

His Support and Trust for Pratha could be a big asset for her.She and her sibling Mahek is gonna get cornered from all the sides someday bcoz the Demons already know about them as revealed by that late Traitor Inspector Ridhi.

If the Shesh-Naagin gets cornered then Rishabh someday needs to be there to protect her from such threats if possible.

Yess, this is exactly what's bugging me about this Rishab-Reem ongoing 'thing'. The writers must know how bad their ML is looking in all this.

Like I can still sort-of understand when Zee or SP serials show those terrible EMA storylines or multiple side-angles, because they have to run their shows for like 15+ years. But this is Naagin, there's only 70-80 episodes max for 1 season. And if they're showing their ML to be so distrustful of FL and also showing him to be sooo intensely involved with another woman in a 70 epi long series, then I don't know who am I supposed to be rooting for!

CVs are supposed to make the viewers feel invested in Rishab & Pratha's love story. But how they're showing their ML, it's doing nothing but making me as viewer dislike their ML instead.

Bold: these are exactly my thoughts, in a finite series it doesn't work to show the ML having such strong feelings for his ex. If he loves Reem so much, when it will be time to show him fall out of love with her and then to also have time to fall for his wife? And how will they show this without making him look like just a flip-flop character who doesn't know what he wants? Rishabh is already very criticized, not only here but on other platforms too. Switching love interest way too quickly will only add more fuel to the fire.

As you said, in a daily soap opera, things like this may work as they have time to develop characters. Like in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, it took years for Ahem to start feeling for his wife, as he loved someone else when he married her. And there are other shows with this theme, but they have time to show a proper story and good reasons for one partner to break ties with his/her ex and fall for his/her spouse.

Yup that's what I had written already that Rishabh's suspicion lacks the sound logic.He does not have any definitive proof of Pratha's involvement in this Virus fiasco except that Torn-Note which is at best a circumstantial evidence.

The CV'S are already damaging his character by showing him being a 2-timer with both Pratha and Rishabh.He was romancing with Reem yesterday in the last episode how will the viewers or the PraRish Fans feel interested or even connect with the leading pair?

This is not a Saas-Bahu Bhagya Serial but a thriller Naagin series.This kind of series doesn't need unnecessary EMA or Love-Triangles.

I still don't know why was Ritiesh needlessly inserted between the lead pair of Pratha and Rishabh.Pratha already had a fiancee by the name of Mayank so why make Ritiesh go after her then?

Let's see how rishab will understand that pratha is good.Bela understood that kahir is good eventually.Pratha saved rishab once.Still he doubts her.
