I feel they do not need to introduce anyone as Markaat. He could very much be a faceless entity who is also a power hungry manipulative prick and wants to use Veeranshu to that end. But Bani ke rehte aise thode hi hoga.

Listen, the villains we had till now have already made VAni and our life a living hell, although they have zero impact as villains.😆Mujhko samajh nahi aata ki inke karnaamo ke liye taali bajau ya Adi Naagin ki bewaqoofi dekh ke rona rou. Although we need a villain who is a player and carries that impact, I am not sure kitna milega. I hope mile. Lekin I am really not interested to watch Teer.

The idea of Markaat being faceless entity who needs a host to become something powerful is something I had also thought of because that gives him the choice to take into anyone. Specifically using Veer as a host is the easy solution to every problem. His family wouldn't want to harm Veer. Bani wouldn't hurt him because she won't be able to hurt Veer.

Exactly, and for that matter it complicates matters for the Cheel family and for Bani, cause they have to deal with such a powerful entity without hurting Veeranshu. That would be a tough one.
