Summary

Mahir is a business man who fell for an orphan woman name bela, it was love at first sight for both of them, and everything was going so well until he found out his wife's secret. What will mahir do knowing this secret and will bel forgive or kill him.

Prologue

Sss... those were the noises that was heard in the room.sleeping was non other than mahir. he didnt know his wife was slithering on the bed in her snake form. She was tierd once more after her meeting with the other naagin. Being the leader of her kind wasnt fun, she thought she had left everything behind to be with her husband , but she was wrong. They will always find her, trouble will always come.

Transforming, she took a look at mahir, and sigh with relief when she saw his chest rising. " thank god you dont know the truth" she mumbles " I would hate to choose whether to kill you or fight my kind" smiling , she leans even closer to him while staring at him.

Mahir sleeping , unconsiously searches for Bela, when his hands found hers, he locked their arm together. Afraid she might leave and never come back. Bel, all to familiar with this smile, but it soon turned into a frown. She wonder what it was he was dreaming about, that''s making him react this way. " what are you dreaming about Dear" she says

In mahir dream

He was in the forest searching for bel. Worried he calls her name over and over. When suddenly he heard a melody which sounds very familiar. Following the sound, he spotted a beautiful snake under the moonlight, with a unique color. He felt drawn to it, but stopped seeing more snakes appearing before the snake. They surrounded her and attack. Each of them coming from each corner, attacking her, biting her. Mahir watching was horrified, he didnt know what to do.

Suddenly he woke up.

End of dream

Getting up, he gasp. Bel worried asked what happened. He looks around confused before watching bel. " what is it?" She asks

He pauses for a second, not understanding why he was looking at her. " nothing...I just had another nightmare"

" oh.. what is it about this time, your mom?"

" no...it was-" he thought about his dream wondering if he should say it, but than scratch the idea.

Bel understanding, realized she wont get the truth from him. She sat up and usherd him to come to her. Mahir understood and move closer before putting his head on her lap. Bel brush his hair while humming to herself. While sitting she recalls the first time they met.

Part 1

Children were shouting while rooting for bela, a lively woman in her thirties. She smirk, while kicking the ball. One of the older teens yell at his friends to grab her and get the ball. The boy caught up to Bela and tried to block her. " shouldnt you be playing with people your age , old lady"

Bela not bothered by his words says " instead of worrying Bout me, you should keep your eyes on the ball "

The boy stumbling in his step, gave bela the opportunity to escape. Her kids were shouting her name which was the boost she needed. With determinations she kicked the ball . Instead of the ball flying it was her shoes. Which came of her foot, only to crash into a building near by.

Elsewhere

Mahir, was having another meeting in his office because apparently someone has been stealing his company money. He had proof to justify his awaiting accusation. He got up to present when a shoe came flying , crashing into his window and landing in the middle of the table . Their was a small pause before someone said " I told you it was a bad idea to hold the meeting downstairs. "

" shut up" he says irritated

Turning, he walk to the window. When there he search for the source . He spotted kids talking to someone, and notticed shes not wearing one of her shoes. Apparently the children saw him and told her. Mahir determined, left the office to go and meet bel. When he reached, he calls her. " HEY!" He says

Bela Afraid refuse to turn. She quickly ushers the kids while their saying he looks mean. She prayed he doesnt end up killing her. She signal for the kids to walk away slowly. Mahir seeing this grabs her shoulder to turn around " I'm talking to you " he says

While turning it was like time stopped for them. Mahir eyes wide seeing bel beauty. But it was gone like magic when her hair smacks him in the face. Bel seeing this as her chance escapes with the kids. Mahir rubbing his eyes shouts for her to stop. Bel turns and smile before running away. One of mahir brother came asking if he was alright. He frown in annoyance " help me find that girl" he says dropping her shoe in anger.

Part 2

The next few days bel has been feeling a little weird. Everywhere she turns or go she sees mahir. Some times she would even appear before him. If shes busy teaching, he would pop in her head. Confused, she decides to inquire about it.

Getting out of the taxi, she searches for shivani temple. She knew if anyone could give her answer it would be their once leader shivani. As she walk up the stairs, she saw snakes appearing, watching her. The bell starts ringing causing the snakes to move side to side. When she entered, she changed into her naagin avatar, and starts to dance.

This dance was to call upon shivangi spirit. While dancing the bel kept ringing faster. A big snake in white appears and stops right infront of her. She transform, and smile. " I can see something is stiring"

Bel confused asks " I don't understand what's happening to me, even when I was with vikrant it wasnt like this."

Shivangi told her not to panicked or worry over this. She says this usually happens when you find your soulmate. It appears that she did so fast. Bel appalled says " this cant be his human"

Shivangi smile " theirs nothing wrong with that, even I ended up with one myself, but " she says recalling rocky and her father betraying her. She shook her head and told bel " you cant stop what's happening, dont try to. Let it work out like how it was suppose too. "

Bel would have never expected her life partner would be a human. She just thought she was cursed by someone,that's why she sees mahir. Sighing, she says " I trust your words, but If he really is my soulmate why isnt he affected by this, why am I the only one."

Shivangi knowingly smile " give it time, humans tend to be slow when it comes to these type of things." Her smile soonturned to a frown " whatever you do, watch over him. he has many enemies."

" enemies? "

Shivangi nod, the bell ring indicating it was time for her to leave. Bel had one more question to ask but before she could she was pushed out of the temple by an invisible force.

Meanwhile, mahir taking a shower close his eyes to wash his face. Suddenly he felt two arms wrapped around him. Confused, he turns to see no one. Shaking his head, he got out and walk to his closet. He heard a sound and turns to see a woman sitting on his bed. That woman was non other than bel. " you?" He says

" what are you doing in my room?"

Bel smile while looking at him up and down

Shesays " you will be my new target from now on"

" target?" He says

Smiling She Calls His Name. Mahir Thinking Shes Trying To HARM Him, Grabs His Phone To Call The Police , But Before He Could She Disappeared Just Like That. He Wondered If He Imagined The Whole Thing.

Unbeknown to mahir, a woman was outside watching his window. She smile before turning into her naagin and slithered away.
