Yes in last epi, he said he was of some other vansh and not from seshnag vansh.maybe that's rakshak vansh.

Rocky is the king of Takshak vansh. I think in episode 8 in the flashback scene Vikrant mentioned that he belonged to Lok vansh. I'm not sure whether it's the same vansh or both are different from shesnaag vansh.
