He always loved to give a message through his films. That is the great quality of this wonderful director. While depicting the lines, there is pain, a strong desire to correct the system, and an eagerness to change society for the betterment of each and every one. Such sincere desire elevated him to the rank of one of Indian cinema's best filmmakers.

Raj Kapoor did not have many solo hits in his director+actor movies, maybe one in each movie, so it was a bit easier.
