Well, it's like that with us. There is the European Union and the legislation of all member states must be the same.

And now seriously, the institution of marriage is certainly important. And if there is, as you say, legal terrorism, that is certainly not good.
But before the law we are all equal. This is the idea. So everyone should be equally protected.
According to the Law on Protection from Domestic Violence, it is still difficult to prove rape, for a number of reasons, which do not include fraud.
If this is taken for granted, only in the words of one of the parties, this is already a problem and not a small problem.
It is unlikely that the reason for the proposal of this law is "simply because in other countries it is so"
