The arguments being made by the appellant side is like this is a crime in foreign countries then, why not in India.This sounds to me really illogical.Bcoz every society has diff. cultural & sociological situations.So we really can't compare the two.R agar compare karna hi h,then men too are victims of sexual harassment and that's why men there has the right to protection from domestic violence.

Marital rape..it happens in the four walls of their houses & there is no witness of this particular act.So assume, if a women accuses her husband of rape,then it'll be one- sided evidence,jo sach h y nai hume kaise pata.And if we tend to believe the statement of wife as the final truth,then this act would amount to throttle the Right To Equality.So,we need to contemplate that, in the process of granting diff. sets of rights to women we are turning insensitive towards men.

In recent years, there has been a widespread misuse of Domestic Violence Protection Act,Dowry Prohibition Act.2014 m parliament m y data Diya gaya tha that in a total of 639 cases been filed during the particular year,in only 13 cases men were convicted and the rest were false cases.Jin logo pe false cases hote h..unki to life barbaad hohati h,ap jail m daal dete ho...r jin women's ne unko falsely accuse kiya..unka kya..?? Unko kabhi saza mili h..? This is the level of hypocrisy.😈
Tab kaha jati h y pseduo feminists..tab koi awaz nai uthata h male community k liye,unke rights k liye.😈

R SC,HCs ne mana h ki women misuse these laws to harass their In-laws, husband's,relatives.And this reality has taken a form of legal terrorism.

To conclude,as much as it's important to protect women's right,utna hi jaruri h ki hum male community ko bina kisi crime k culprit na mane.😔
So,it's very imp that we focus on these imp points,because if in future the youth distances themselves from the institution of marriage,to society k kya existence rh jayega?🤓
