Dear Skep,
How can I thank you enough for writing this wonderful mini-series. It was a small flicker of light from our end which I feel was converted into fireworks by you. So I guess we should tell THANK YOU to you Dear.
The pleasure was all mine actually ....................
As it is said by Edward Gibbon,
There is more pleasure to building castles in the air than on the ground.
Very apt
And I believe in it. Nothing compares to building these castles which give us so much happiness, freedom and dreams. Couldn't agree more............
Now coming to the update, what can I say about it? It's just too perfect with its somber yet delightful romantic moments. Best part is Seher's introspection about her Mother and how wonderfully tuned she is to her Mom. Shows the utmost love and care that Kranti showers on the baby. Seher also shares such a wonderful relation with her Grandmother; she is a happy baby in a lovable family.
Loved that part where Seher thinks about she could feel the warmth of her Mother's heart next to hers. The mother-child bonding is the biggest bond in the universe and a child easily understands his/ her Mother's stance and/ or feelings so easily.
She hates being disturbed when she's with her father and doesn't want him to focus on anyone else. 😉 Quite a kudi.........wonder where she gets these traits from........................
I really admire the way you have shown Kranti as an all-encompassing person, her love for Jaya shows clearly. She really treasures her family and it shows clearly in her behaviour.
Your description of Shimla almost makes me wish to leave everything and rush there.
Shimla city is no longer that attractive. The best part is Kranti's yearning for Rajbir which Chaijee perfectly understands and supports. It's very rare to find such a bond. But Kranti and Chaijee's bond transcends the normal MIL-DIL bond and reaches a different level altogether.
The flashback was heart-warming. Kranti's acceptance into the Lal family was complete and from the core of the heart. This is wonderfully reflectd in how Bauji and Chaijee gets wooden seats constructed for Kranti near the fountain as well as the jhoola they got fixed in her balcony. As well as the wooden platform in the kitchen allowing Kranti to stand and cook.
Another very deep aspect of Raj and Kranti's relation is the way Kranti revolts against Raj under different circumstances, even if she knows that he wants the best for her. And Raj's legendary patience which stems for his unsullied love for Kranti.
Who will she go after if not him? After he is the closest to her!!The way Kranti broached the issue of starting their family was so palpable; almost like I could imagine the tension gnawing at her heart. Raj's answer had more to do with his wife's welfare and he did not want to betray any emotions from his side. Hence the shuttered expression. Both of them are right in their respective stances and the face-off is pretty heartbreaking. It's in moments like these that the real test of any relationship comes up. How we handle them determines the future course of our relationships.
The nuances of the conflicts in their relationship have been handled very beautifully. Like the way the family reacts when they are unhappy. The way Raj's behaviour and tiredness in the Study affects them. Kranti's yearning for the baby was too real and her outburst was too humane.
Hmmmmmmmmm ....... tried to keep human relationships on top of everything else.
Now enter Dr. Sameera Kaur, the Messiah in Kranti and Raj's lives, who guides them through the difficult phase of their lives.
The doctor sahiba who will do anything for her munda 😆
Love the way happiness spreads in Kranti's life once again when Raj informs her about Dr. Sameera and the fact that she is going to consider her case history. Like an oasis in the middle of a desert.
And yes, it's time for Dr. Sana to make an entry. Such a lovable, cute character.
Yes .....yes.....yes 😉
Looooooooooooooved the way the five elements combined to give character to the special child. Finally the Princess takes birth. And a sense of love and contentment sweeps over the family. The last scene showed a picture frame of a complete family.
Seher is a special child so why not have her blessed as well?? 😃
Awesome Skep. Thanks a lot once again.
Yr welcome Sweetie
Hope you keep on writing always.
Yes I think I shall..........
