The situation was quite difficult, especially with dogs behind them. Would require great presence of mind to see them through. Good to see you make Raj an intelligent person, and a sensitive one too. 😊
The practical part of him is conveyed in the way he guides Kranti to dress herself so that she is at ease and is able to flee accordingly.
The flight to the river was a fast one but was fraught with danger of being caught, could well have been a trap. 😕
The river crocs were the best part probably. Brought out Kranti's vulnerability to the fore. And the utter trust with which she reveals herself and her insecurities to Rajbir. 😳
The plan to use bamboo reeds to breathe while they were underwater was an ingenious plan on Raj's part, something that definitely saved their life.
All these experiences have solidified their relation further. Something that passed through tests of fire and ordeal. 😊
It's true that he was doing all these to assure Kranti, but definitely didn't mean that he was not terrified. He felt responsible for both lives I guess. That's why he held her close under water to assure them both.
Of course those policemen were stupid enough to believe that their opponents were weaker. It's said that never underestimate your enemies.
Definitely an ordeal for both of them. And they just needed to be more careful.
It's a welcome relief that they found a civilization soon enough. And God came to help in form of the turbaned bullock cart driver cum farmer. Good to know that they will get some much needed rest and some warmth.
Kranti's refusal of food was an eye-opener for Raj because Kranti is someone who doesn't ignore her food. Shows that the incident at the forest had rattled her pretty bad. Raj being on alert implied that he was totally tuned to her.
Kranti is not someone who's going to get afraid so easily because she is being trained to be a Krantikari. But I guess feels good to have someone caring for you once. And the feeling that life could very well have ended at that time and nothing else would have mattered.
So the hand 'thing' started from here? A very powerful action with huge implications. For both of them. The vital link between them.
It was definitely a moment to be felt loved and being loved in return. Perhaps it was the realization that there might not be a tomorrow to share their feelings of love with each other any more. It's during such moments that love finds its outlet in profound expressions. Just as it is for Raj and Kranti.
He seems to be fascinated with his neck and throat. That finger interlinking part is again great, adds to the strength of their relationship. I really like it. ☺️
It was for the first time that she realised how much she loved him and needed him.
As I mentioned earlier, it's during crunch periods that human beings have a tendency to realize the depth of their love and also the added realization what they were missing all the while. Or were likely to miss in the coming days. 😕
It was nice to read the way how Kranti cherished holding onto Raj even while sleeping. Raj also realizes this and doesn't remove his fingers from hers.
The significance of the hand holding from Raj's part was also too strong -- the continuance of their bond for lifetime to come.
