Today while doing my daily exercise the t was thinking about how to take the story forward and I got the idea (I cant understand why the best of ideas strike your mind at the weirdest of places) anyway I thought of putting it here before it leaves the plain of my brains. So here I am with another part.

Part IV

Kranti looked at him with daggers in her eyes. If only gaze could kill Raj would have been lying dead in his own room right there.

Kranti looked at the cut on her hand it was quite nasty as the force with which the bangle had broken was a enough to let the glass pierce her hand badly.

Raj immediately dashed out of his room.

Raj walked into the room after every one had retired into their respective rooms. His eyes fell on Kranti who was sleeping peacefully looking like an angel in the white sheet she had on her. He suddenly noticed a thick van dog bandage in her hand 'the cut might be really nasty' thought Raj.

He bent down to take a better look at kranti taking the advantage of her sleep to have a long and a hard look at her so beautiful face. He lightly touched the bandage on her hand being careful enough not to wake her up. 'What will she think' he thought.

Suddenly a tear rolled down Raj's cheek. Raj was shocked to hell. He suddenly pulled his hand away and got up with a jerk.

Raj was standing on the terrace looking at the moon, it was a full moon might. 'Though September was not the month for cloudy sky but why is the moon covered with all those clouds' wondered Raj. Suddenly a gust of wind forced him to close his eyes. When he opened them again he realized that the sky was absolutely clear.

'Why those clouds a while back then. No it is not possible (realizing something) I cant be having tears in my eyes for this woman. I hate her god damn it'

Suddenly someone keeps a hand on his shoulder. He finds chaiji standing behind him when he turns around.

R: Chaji ji how come you are here at this time?

C: I came up to ensure that jagat has not left the wheat outside he has become very forgetful these days.

Why have you not slept Raj it is too late puttar.

R: I couldn't sleep chaiji that's why I came up to get some fresh air.

C: If your mind is restless then you don't get sleep is everything ok.

R: Yes it is.

C: Then go off to sleep it is very late.

R: Chaiji, '..Kranti'

C: Yeah I know it keeps happening with us women we wear those bangles and they break all the time they are made of weak glass that's why. Don't worry I have done bandage on her hand she will be fine. You go off to sleep and don't worry at all.

Chaiji turns around to leave.

R: Chaiji can you please sit with me for some time I feel like talking to you.

C: Tell me puttar what is bothering you.

R: Chaiji what does a person do when his heart and mind are fighting with each other.

C: Puttar I don't know what is bothering you so much but let me tell you something from my own experience that whenever such situation comes in anyone's life you have two choices to make one suggested by your mind and one which your heart wants to follow.

Now your mind will always give you a very logical advice which will ensure that all your material possessions are safe. But it will not ensure that weather that human being in you is happy or not. So there is always a doubt. But if you listen to your heart then you might loose a lot in that bet but I can guarantee you one thing that you as a person will always be happy.

And puttar only a happy person can lead a happy life and keep his loved ones happy.

Now the choice is yours weather you want to go with your mind or listen to your heart.

R: Chaiji thanks a lot you have taken away all my doubts.

C: I will take your leave now puttar and you go off to sleep don't be awake for too long.

Raj looked at her with a smile "Don't worry I will" He said.

Raj then came to his room and looked once again at Kranti. Suddenly he realized that though she had cleaned the whole mess but still there were two pieces of that bangle were lying on the floor which had hurt kranti.

Raj picked up those pieces and clenched his fist. He to himself "I can't be fighting with myself I love her and I will ensure nothing and no one hurts her ever. I will give her all the happiness she deserves and one day take away her bitterness and make love me as mush as I love her."

He didn't remember for how long he kept sitting by the side of kranti's bed and didn't even remember when he slept on the floor beside her bed.

"What are you doing here" Were the words ringing in his ears when he opened his eyes in the morning.

Kranti was sitting on her bed and looking angrily at him.

K: What the hell are you doing here?

R: (Didn't knowing what to say) Oh I must have fallen form the bed.

K: What.

Kranti got up from her bed. Raj was feeling very stupid on his silly answer. While looking at kranti walking away in a huff. He than smiled to himself.

The whole family was sitting on the dining table having breakfast. (B is buaji here)

B: What happened? Raj you look very happy as if you have got a treasure.

R: Yes Buaji I have got my treasure and now I have to protect it with all my might.

Chaiji gave him a meaning full look and smiled. BBR was confused as usual. With her scheming mind in action now. Suddenly she saw Kranti coming down.

BBR: (Sarcasticallty) Come devrani ji, I have done all the work. Have breakfast.

Even I wear bangles and have broken them many a times but never slept so late cos of that.

K: Parjaiji'

R: Parjai ji it never mind if she is late she was not too well last night.

BBR: (Mockingly) Oh really what happened to you devrani ji, that devar ji is so worried about your health.

K: Nothing I had a headache ( Giving dirty looks to Raj)

Raj kept smiling to himself leaving Kranti very cinfused this time.

'He has lost it' she thought.

Raj came back to his room to take his coat. Kranti walked behind him.

K: Whats wrong with you Raj.

R: Nothing at all.

K: Why are you behaving so strange off late.

R: why what have I done?

K: what was the need of being so rude to parjai ji.

R: Oh that cos she was wrongly accusing you so I answered why you didn't like it.

K didn't answer kept looking at Raj as if she was looking at some exotic animal in the Zoo.

Raj walked out of the room smiling and humming to himself.

Part V

Kranti is sitting in her room doing some work. Suddenly Raj enters and holds her from behind.

K: What is this Raj?

R: What happened?

K: Leave me.

R: Why I am your husband and I have all rights to hold you.

K: No I am not your wife Raj, we are just enemies.

R: Is it, But I don't think so.

He kept coming holding Kranti pulling her close to him and then closer and closer. Suddenly the side of Kranti's suit hits a glass lying on the side table and it falls on the floor with a loud noise. And along with this sound Raj also woke up form his trance. Kranti was keeping clothes in order and her hand had hit the glass lying on the side table.

Raj walked into the room. While kranti gave him her dagger looks. He sat down to take off his shoes.

R: Kranti can you get some water for me I am very thirsty.

Kranti just looked up with a jerk. She was very surprised as she was not used to this kind of behavior from Raj. Nevertheless she got out to get water for him while Raj looked at her smiling.

After having water Raj asked her for a cup of tea in the same tone, and gave the excuse of having a bad headache. And Kranti did not have a choice but to listen to him and do as he asked.

In the morning when Kranti woke up she was unusually very sleepy may be thinking too much at night. She got up and saw Raj sleeping very peacefully like a child on his bed. She got up while still sleepy. Suddenly her foot got stuck in the tazzles of the carpet and she fell on the other side of Raj's bed. With a loud thud. Raj suddenly woke up and saw Kranti lying beside him on the bed. He snuggled in his pillow smiling. Thinking it to be a dream then suddenly he opened and rubbed his eyes she was actually lying beside him on the bed.

R: Why what happened is it too difficult to sleep on the floor. (continued before Kranti could say anything) Actually it is I can't sleep on the floor for even a single day. You can sleep up on the bed if it is too uncomfortable. I would not mind. Giving her a naughty smile.

K: ( In a disgusting tone) No I don't find sleeping on the floor uncomfortable at all I have slept there all my life. And your bed let it be bestowed on you.

R: Kranti I was''..

Kranti walked out in a huff without waiting for Raj's response on this. On the breakfast table everyone was having breakfast.

Kranti and BBR are serving the breakfast. BBR is as usual trying to score brownie points.

BBR: Bauji please take these pranthas which I have made with my own hands. These are aloo paranthas.

Devar ji why don't you take something, chaiji you are not eating anything at all.

C: Don't worry BBR everyone will have breakfast.

Kullu: BBR these paranthas are very nice. Raj why are you not eating.

R: I want to have oats for breakfast.

Kullu: (Puzzled) What is that?

R: It is a cereal bauji actually I use to have it for breakfast everyday in London. But since I have come back I haven't had it.

Kullu: You Englishman, now who will make that for you.

R: I will just get the pack out.

He went up and got a box of oats (By the way oats were available at that time as well and cereal use to come in boxes only) and handed them to BBR.

R: Parjai ji the instructions are given on the box so please make them as per those.

BBR: Are all this is written in English how will I read it.

R: Oh I forgot.

C: Kranti knows English she will make it. Go puttar make oats for Raj.

Kranti took the box from BBR and went to the kitchen, giving suspicious looks to Raj. While Raj was smiling. The very thought of his wife cooking something exclusively for him was making him happy.

Kranti walked in with the bowl of Oats, Which she placed in front of Raj. He felt like puking after having first spoon of it. It was full of salt.

Now it was kranti's turn to smile. After breakfast was over Raj came to the room to get hir coat Kranti followed.

K: How was the breakfast. (smiling)

R: Oh very nice Rather perfect.

And he left while Kranti was standing there confused yet again.

In the evening while coming back Raj spotted a guy selling some mogra garlands by the roadside. He suddenly remembered Kranti and bought one for her.

He came home all exited walked gingerly into his room thinking of ways to give that garland to Kranti without inviting her ire.

But to his surprise she was not in the room. He went to chaiji asking her about Kranti.

R: Chaiji have you seen kranti.

C: No she must be in her room.

R: No she isn't (walking out).

C: Raj! Was Kranti the matter that was bothering you so much that night.

R: (smiling shyly) No actually'.

C: I think she must have gone to the nearby temple to pray.

Raj runs out 'Ok chaiji'

Raj reaches the temple with that garland held firmly in his hand.

Raj walked into the temple and he saw Kranti standing with a guy. A puzzled Raj looked intently and realized that it is the same guy in patahni suit whom he saw the other day in the temple. He could feel a slight pag of anger creeping into him.

Suddenly he looked at kranti who was smiling while talking to this guy. Raj lost it. He didn't even realize that he had clenched that garland in his hands and crushed it so bad that his hand became wet with the essence of those flowers.

Raj came back without meetin Kranti.

Still burning with anger not understanding what to do.

After some time Kranti came upto the room with the Pooja Thali in her hands. Raj was immersed in his file trying to make some sense of it.

K: (Extending the Thali to Raj) Prasad.

R: (Not looking up lest Kranti sees the anger and pain in his eyes) What for?

K: Oh I had taken an oath with the god and today I got what I asked for.

R: Oh really! Mat I ask you what treasure did you ask for? (Mockingly)

K: Oh Oaths are not to be discussed with anyone. Extending her hand with some Prasad in it)

R: (Holding her hand) No thanks, he jerled her hand off and walked away. Leaving Kranti puzzled.

The activities of KrantiKrai's were hotting up and for Kranti it was a duty call. She had to go out and do her work and for that she had to keep the whole family in her hands. The main problem in this deal was BBR. She would not let Kranti budge at all.

In the morning while making breakfast Kranti was thinking that she has to go out and meet Shubhankar at any cost. As they have a big plan coming up and she has a crucial role to play in that. Raj's Strange behavior was also bothering her but that was least of her worries.

Kranti and chaiji were sitting on the terrace and making paapars for the upcoming festival of Diwali. She got tp spend sometime with Chaiji alone while BBR was sleeping in her room owing to the fake back ache she had developed due to her pregnancy.

C: Kranti putter you must be making these things at your mama ji's place as well.

Kranti hearing this looked up and could not say anything her throat had choked. She always had that effect on her whenever Chaiji spoke kindly with her. She was like a mother Kranti never had.

Kranti was thinking about the day when she and Nirmal were making Paapars on the rooftop as mamaji's house. Suddenly lovely came running and stepped on the paapars Kranti had spread on the sheet. Kranti let out a shout.

K: Lovely pleae be careful.

L: Happen what Kranti.

K: See you have spoiled all my hard work.

L: What problem you have. Some paapars only spoil na why are you shouting on me.\

Mummyji see see Kranti is scold me.

Maami: (Walking up in a huff) Listen you wretched girl how dare you shout on my lovely.

N: Mummuji it was lovely's fault she walked right on the sheet of paapars.

M: You shutup Nirmal you are always favoring Kranti.

K: mami ji I didn't say anything to lovely.

M: Shutup and one slap came right on kranti's face.

C: you didn't answer puttar.

Kranti suddenly woke up form her trance. Yes chaiji we use to she literally whispered.

Chaiji was very nice to kranti even after knowing the fact that Kranti is not on good terms with raj she has never been nad to her and always treated her very nicely. Kranti also use to respect her a lot. And never wanted to loose one relationship in her life that was of chaiji.

However she has a bigger worry on her head that was of going out of the house to meet Shubhankar. Earlier two occasions have been easy but now she will have to think of something else.

So guys this new guy is shubhankar and in my story he is a very handsome looking guy who wears Pathani Suits.
