Day-7
Mayank has sleepless night thinking about Nupur and what can be her decision, does she understand what he want to tell her. He curses himself nth time for become a great poetic actor and trying to convey his confession through song and dance instead of telling her in words, what if she did not understand him. Mayank gets ready for the college. He searches for Nupur and finds her busy with her friends in arranging the stage. Mayank sighs and goes from there to help in arranging the party at the back stage. Nupur is avoiding Mayank as she is feeling shy to tell him what she decided. She is not afraid of accepting her feelings but feeling shy for what they shared yesterday, he kissed her. She never allowed anyone to come so close to her but Mayank without asking her permission crossed the boundaries of her heart. Mayank observes Nupur avoiding him, he feels disappointed but the look in her eyes tells another story to him. He is confused with mixed signals by Nupur, he decides not to come to any conclusion but to wait to talk with her. The competition eve starts and everyone are busy in getting ready for dance competition. Mayank and Nupur's names are announced and their performance is a huge hit, they bagged the award. Before award ceremony they have a speech from their principle and later their farewell party.
Mayank comes out of back stage reaching for Nupur, he is impatient to talk with her, he searches for her everywhere.
Mayank "may be library mein hogi" he runs to the library. On other side Nupur starts searching for Mayank to tell him her decision, she know she made him suffer from morning but she enjoyed his restlessness for her. She felt so happy to see him searching for her. She runs to the basketball court searching for Mayank.
Nupur "he is not hear, maybe he went in searching for me in class or library" she runs to library first but Mayank is not there because Mayank comes to basketball court searching Nupur. They both gets disappointed, suddenly they hear announcement of their principle meeting. Mayank and Nupur felt so happy for the first time in their life to attend the meeting not to hear the speech given by their principle but as they know everyone has to assemble and sure shot that they can face each other. They both ran to the auditorium, and they are right, atlast Mayank spots Nupur. Both looks at each other and smiles, Mayank shows his hand up indicating her to come to terrace. Nupur nods her head as if she understands. Mayank smiles at her and sit in his seat. Nupur happily goes towards her friends. Their principle is giving the speech as usual, everyone is bored except Mayank and Nupur, and smile is not leaving their faces. If third person sees them they will think they are hearing to the speech but in reality both are thinking about each other and the way to confess their feelings to each other. Mayank and Nupur took first prize for their performance. After that Mayank runs from there to terrace but there is no sign of Nupur. Nupur tried her best to escape but her friends are not leaving her to go. At last she is able to escape everyone and she runs to the terrace but she couldnot find Mayank, she feels disappointed thinks 'maybe he went away with frustration after waiting for me' she is about to go hears some sound and looks at that direction, she sees Mayank sitting on the wall throwing stones on the tank cursing himself "kya jaroorath thee hero bana ki, cannot you tell her that you love her in simple words, donot know if she understand what you want to say. What to do now"
Nupur smiles to herself and slowly says "Mayank"
Mayank turns his head to see Nupur standing at a distance smiling at him. Before Mayank can know what he is doing, he stands on his feet and opens his arms. Nupur without hesitation goes and hugs him. Mayank feels happy, the way Nupur hugged him tells it all that Nupur understands his confession and maybe she too loves him. Both breaks the hug and says "I love you" at the same time still staying in each other arms. Mayank and Nupur stayed on the terrace talking about their future. When they came to the party no one noticed them coming together but when Mayank went to Nupur with a drink everyone are shocked to see the way both are looking at each other. Mayank and Nupur announced that they are together giving almost heart attack to all the people in the college, the two rivals who never leave a single incident to kill each other are now looking inseparable.
Their journey of love started on that day. Mayank postponed his trip to one month as he want to be enjoy his new found love, the feeling with Nupur. They have a great time dating each other; Mayank is clear now that Nupur is not like other girls who will feel insecure for every single minute about her boyfriend who is going to leave her for two years. The trust and love of Mayank and Nupur increase every minute. Many friends predicted that as soon as Mayank will leave India they love will fade but the distance increase their love for each other. They always chat and share their every minute activity, if they get any problem they work together. Whenever Mayank gets leave he uses to come running to India to meet Nupur. They fight, they tease, they laugh and they love each other. Once Nupur went to US on Mayank's day and gives him a surprise. Mayank is overwhelmed seeing Nupur coming for him. He introduced Nupur to all his friends as his girlfriend. All the girls in his class envy Nupur for her luck. Nupur felt happy and proud to stay around him in the limelight, normally Nupur never liked it to be the center of attraction but for Mayank she can do anything. The same goes for Mayank, he can do anything for Nupur. The next two years Nupur started her own school for kids and settled in her favourite career, teaching. Mayank returned to India after his studies and taken over his father's business. Mayank and Nupur met regularly but as soon as Mayank became busy with his work they hardly met. Nupur felt bad but did not make it obvious to Mayank. Then slowly the gossip columns started filling with Mayank with different girls. Nupur never felt insecure but looking at the gossip columns and Mayank's pictures with top heroins and models Nupur felt little insecure but never bought the topic when she meets Mayank.
Today she is very much feeling low; Mayank called her after a long time and asked her to meet him at his hotel terrace. Nupur has a very low feeling, donot know why she is preparing herself for the worst, and she felt may be Mayank will breakup with her today. She donot know from where the though came but she prepared herself to face the worst with a smile. She can never hate Mayank or never stop loving him. In last three years she is so attached to Mayank that she never imagined her life without him. The reason for her feeling is the latest gossip doing the rounds that Mayank and the top model are dating. Mayank becoming busy suddenly that he did not even has time to give a call to Nupur. Nupur sat in her car, she reached the hotel terrace where Mayank is standing turned to otherside with his hands in his pockets. As he heard the footsteps he turned to see her, he gave his charming smile to Nupur, Nupur 'oh I really missed this smile from so long'
Mayank comes and stands infront of her "Nupur I donot know how to say this but-" then Mayank's words are cut when a beautiful model, the same girl who is linked up with Mayank came and links her hands with his. Mayank smiles at the girl and Nupur feels something in her is broken, may be her heart but she fight back the tears and waiting for the worst to hear when suddenly she hears someone calling her. Nupur opens her eyes to see she is dreaming and her driver is telling her that they reached the hotel. Nupur takes a deep breath and goes to the terrace and see Mayank in the same position as she saw in her dream. Nupur able to give a smile to him fighting back her tears, she is never so vulnerable in her life. Mayank's love introduced her to different emotions which she even donot know, from best to worst fears.
Mayank comes and stands infront of her says "Nupur I donot know how to say this but-" he stops comes and stands behind her and lifts her chin and shows her the black shy. Nupur looks at the sky with confusion look. Mayank shows his thumb to someone and suddenly fire crackers starts in sky forming "WILL YOU MARRY ME Nupur" Nupur puts her hands on her mouth gasping loudly, this is the least she expected from Mayank. Her tears fallen from her eyes which she no longer able to stop. She turns to see Mayank is not there, she searches either side and find Mayank bending on his knees with a ring in his hand. Nupur smiles with her tears and shakes her head.
Mayank "Will you marry me Nupur, last few months when I couldnot meet you properly I came to know how much I love you. I cannot live without you for a single second. Please marry me and stay with me forever"
Nupur nods her head, Mayank shouts "yes" and puts the ring on her finger and hugs her tight donot want to leave her ever. Nupur felt stupid to think that Mayank will breakup with her, when she said the same to Mayank he laughed out loudly and said "the day I breakup with you will be the last day of my life" Nupur stops him from saying further by sealing his lips with her.
