Making an effort to share with all the concept of Road Diaries and to give an update of first episode.

By this time most of us know that Road Diaries is a travel show. The journey is of about a month covering various destinations in India. There are 5 contestants selected after a nationwide hunt. These contestants have been told to submit their wish list, the list of activities they will like to do during the journey. The contestant who will be able to fufill maximum number of her/ his wishes during the journey will be the winner of the show. During the journey, contestants have to perform various tasks as well.The journey begins from Mumbai and concludes near Indo-Tibet border.

Of course we all know that Our Dashing, Handsome and so Charming Arjun is the Host of the show.😍😍🥳🥳

The first episode begins with Arjun making a cool entry.😎😎 He intoduces himself and then asks the contestants to introduce themselves. Then Arjun explains to the contestants the concept of the show. He repeatedly stresses on one point which is...The contestants have to reach their destination before sunset.

Arjun discloses the first destination in the journey which is DAMAN.All are very excited.😃

After that Arjun introduces the Vehicle in which the contestants will undertake their journey. The sight of the red coloured, stylish vehicle once agian made all the contestant beaming with excitement particularly the guys.😛

A very composed Arjun👍🏼 shows to contestant the Dell Inspiron Laptop. He explains that it has five ids...one each for each contestants and 6th one is a common id where the route map to the destination will be loaded. Using their individual ids contestant can write their experiences.Arjun is connected to the laptop through a device(perhaps cellphone).

Now the journey begins!!!!!

Not going into details of the journey.Contestants kept on getting messages and instuctions from Arjun on laptop during their journey.

❤️ ❤️ what a poat nikki dii. i couldnt talk to you properly yesterday cuz i wasnt alone. BUT I DID REMEMBER it was his frst day todae. kaise bhulti. BUT i couldnt tell any bahana. :( i HAD to go out.

Now our VJ makes a very very stylish entry..the walk, the attitude..Simply Superb...!!!!!!👏👏

Its an island.The blindfolds(the clothes used are of different colours)of contestants are removed. Arjun explanis that the colour of blind fold is the colour code for the contestants and they have to strickly follow the colour code during the task and during the journey.

Task is given by Arjun to the contestants. It is to collect the keys from the coconuts of various colours attached to balloons(do not know the correct word) floating in the sea.There are many twists and turns to showcase not only the individial calibre but most importantly the Team Spirit. Then begins journey by auto...reaching a paticular shop at a location...collecting a garland...again to reach a particular place...a fort...and then to climb up and lit the light.

It was interesting, full of confusions and was fun.

The contestant who won the task was declared winner but not a clean winner because during the auto journey he and another contestant have not waited for another lady contestant and she has to walk bare foot to reach the fort.

Now the winner will be given options of two routes to the next destination . Other contestants have to follow the route decided by the winner.As winner of current task is not a clean winner,he will have the opportunity to fulfill only one of his wishes on way to next destination.

The journey continues next week...

The show is engrossing and interesting. Arjun is confident, stylish and impressive as host.The first episode made an interesting watch for me and it was absolutely a delight to watch Arjun rocking the screen after such a long time.

P.S. I made an effort to recollect the events in the first episode. Might not have presented certain things correctly or in correct sequence. Uske liye Sorry...dil se Sorry.😊
