- Dave Matthews Band
Such a friendship is shared by Samrat and Nupur. Their bond is so deep, so strong that one can't compare. Throughout of Season 1 they were close friends, fooling around and having fun. When Nupur was in a fix about her marriage, Samrat assured her that he is there and everything will be alright. When Samrat lost the engagement ring he brought for Gunjan, Nupur went to the length of faking Mayank's disease to get that ring for them.
In Season 2 also we saw some light hearted moments between them, but what distinguishes this friendship from the rest is what we saw today. Samrat's immense happiness on seeing his best friend alive was extremely touching. The way he remembers all the memories he has with her, the pain he went through when he lost her and their current and new memories together.
When Samrat walks up to Nupur she is unable to take the pain anymore and just hugs him. The feelings of their deep rooted friendship is very much shown here. They hug each other so tightly and emotionally and the tears just flow from their eyes.
Samrat is unable to believe that his best friend is alive and holds her hand and cries. Nupur is happy that her secret is not a secret anymore and that there is someone out there who knows. Through tears she tells him how she had to stay away from her family and friends only because of Dhruv and forbids him from telling Mayank or Gunjan about her truth.
The above quote, "I'll lean on you and you lean on me, and we'll be fine" totally reminded me of the SaNu friendship and scene today! It was truly beautiful and touched my heart.

"Thats what a friend is for, when your lost in darkness and searching for the light, to help you through those lonely nights, when everything around you fails just hold out your hand, and i'll come running, thats what a friend is for."
