why Gunjan does not believe Mayank - Page 9

Exactly! She was there for Mayank because of her sister, she left Samrat because of her sister. Its really hard to fathom why people are not trying understand her mental state. She has changed A LOT in these 3 years, she has lost a lot. She is acting rude with Mayank to tell herself that nothing has changed, Nupur can't be alive because if she believes it and then it turns out to be false, she will broken again!

Mayank talked to Gunjan about Nupur while Gunjan spoke to her photo!

poor mayank thought that she will be the only one to understand him,
he was really upset by her behaviour😔.
i only wish gunjan that gunjan who claims to be close to him could understand him better.

@Reemz: You're so right. The anger is just a defense mechanism, and as I said, not all understand Gunjan.

Strange you're questioning ONLY Gunjan understanding Mayank. What about the reverse?

exactly...........i am glad we are sensitive enough not to question his move....but people don't understand it

I think apart from the fact that Gunjan is scared to raise her hopes in case they might be shattered, is another very simple and very HUGE reason ... she CANNOT believe that her sister, who was her best friend and mother figure rolled into one, could actually spend three years away from her without letting her know that she is alive ... she has spent those three years in utter hell, has cut herself off from Samrat, tried to hate him ... just because she felt it would be an insult and a betrayal of the memory of her sister .... she has changed herself ... in her own words, tried to become more like Nupur

so she finds it completely unbelievable that Nupur would be able to live for three whole years without letting her know that she is alive ...

that is something even I find very difficult to comprehend, and I think the cv's will have a lot of explaining to do on this one ... to justify Nupur's behaviour on this ...

Because Mayank and Nupur's relationship has always been turbulent, but Gunur's relationship has been shown be ideal ... even if Nupur felt that Mayank, for whatever reason, had abandoned her, could she really feel the same about Gunjan? On what basis? And that is what Gunjan cannot believe, that her sister could ever, ever be alive and not be in touch with her ... so the only explanation is that she's NOT alive ... that girl Mayank is seeing, is not Nupur ... and that is also why the anger is surfacing ... how can anyone believe that Nupur could be alive if she hasn't come back to them ...

This is from Gunjan's pov ... as we don't know what Nuour's pov is yet .. and why she took this step ... and aren't we all waiting to find out the reason that Nupur didn't return? Aren't we all convinced there HAS to be a reason?!
Hope the cv's have formulated a good one for this ... cos this is the most important link of this track ...

but mayank has seen nupur with his own eyes, he is right when he said ke mein akela parh gaya hoon, he has nobody's support.
gunjan still has support of other people, her love is alive and with her.

Mayank's always had Gunjan's support. After Nupur's death, he could show her pain, he cried, cause he had her shoulder. Who did Gunjan have? She never had the chance to even share her grief with anyone. She made herself so strong from outside just for Mayank, cause hse worried much more about him. Inside, she was dying every day. dear did u see the episode where nups b'day is celebrated???? there gunjan was crying & mayank who's supporting her....it's mayank who supported her...he never told to break-up with sam....he later even wanted to patch-up things btw sajan....now gunji may not b a bad sis coz she left sam...but gunji has now got the support of sam..see whenever she likes she hug him & whenever she wants scold him & then apologize...frankly i don't understand sg now nor i care but u surely don't understand mayu..he was a reserved kinda guy..who just loved a single girl in life..who taught him to live.love& laugh...he has lost his wife...whom he married after almost loosing her......anyways when mayu was playing cupid btw sg-did any one bothered about him..how is is living without any love in his life????

Reemz its not just "someone", it's Nupur's own husband who loves her like crazy. And Mayank is one of the most sanest and sensible hero's on TV ever. He is not the kind to lose his mind, or have vehems.

It would be easy if you have a positive outlook. Gunjan doesn't even consider the possibility. She just thinks it's downright; impossible.
