Well awesome topic sonya,

You know i have noticed your topic in the forum are really daring and they are really good for striking a good healthy debate but unfortunately we have some immature and childish people on the forum, its not you fault.

Well to be honest i loved sayank bonding and MN scenes upto the academic meet after that it was SG all the way. And so i never really connected with Mayank anymore but the only character in this entire show i know i connected was definately Nupur she reflected me and thats why i will say that rai is a fabulous actress.

Coming to monaya or should i say Mohit, for me he rocks at the moment. His comic scenes are amazing and shares wonderfull chemistry with all his co stars which is a part of a good actor, and that sometimes lacks in Arjun as he couldn't build u chemistry with Sanaya dispite being an amazing friend off screen. I won't say its Arjuns fault because it takes two to make chemstry but thats oneplus point of Mohit.

Other than that i found Arjun better in the rehearsal scene because i could feel his pain and tears but Mohit took the cake in the cafetaria scene

so for me i agree with the topic, and one more thing nobodys perfect and will never be there is always space for improvement.

according to me arjun acts better than mohit but mohit has improved a lot..

Arjun was SUPPOSED TO not act wonderfully .... I believe he did Devdas role on STAGE which was apparently MARVELEOUS.... Arjun has never failed till this day delivering what the show needed ...

Even looking from that perspective... Arjun delivered what director wanted him to including the smile in the end.... nothing short of excellent.... I haven't watched the show on a loong time...even after this time... Mohit didn't really impress me.... just because one looks like Devdaas doesn't mean he can act like Devdaas...

Having read Indian Literature ... please Devdaas is a complex Character.... not a drunkard with heavy lines to speak.... to emote one needs to get in to character and feel it... it is not that easy...

since we all are being stimulatingly honest with each other .. This is my true feeling...and assessment...

I may not be able to reply.... not that anyone cares... and I don't intend to change anyones opinions .. No one can make anyone listen unless they want to...

Thank you for pointing this out. I was meant to continue the thread another post of the "wine-drinking" scene that both Arjun and Mohit played before this episode. But thanks to some, I never got the chance. The scene I have referred to is not in fact the comparison between Mohit and Arjun. Hopefully, I'll get to talk about that scene tomorrow.

Basically I'm an Arjun fan so I loved his acting in devdas way

Well i dont agree with Mohit outranking Arjun in terms of any sort of performance, yes Mohit was good in his own place, but the subtle, emotional yet serene epression on Arjun's face is unbeatable in my opinion.

But yeah Mohit has indeed come a long way in terms of acting, and whatever scenes i've seen of him in S2, he's doing a good job :-)
