I wanted to put my views forward after seeing all the responses today.
First of all, one CANNOT separate Passion from Love where a man and a woman are concerned!
What else will separate 'Love' for you parents, family, friends, OTHER THAN Physical attraction!!

'Pure Love' is without passion!! really?! Do you guys think that our spouces/husbands/boyfriends shouldnt be attracted to us and we shudnt be attracted to them!

Regarding comparing Sajan and Mayur- Guys, Mayank ans Samrat are two very different people.
Mayank's character is defined by his calm, mental stability and logical manner, hes more towards the conservative type. Samrat on the other hand has always been gregarious, impulsive, believes in showing off everything he feels to the outside world. Hes always been ostentacious . He's the more emotional one who cannot hold back what he feels. They also come from very different family backgrounds.

OK, Gunjan and Nupur have had the same upbringing but , their interactions with their boyfriends has been completely different.
Both underwent changes when they came to the new city and met these new boys and were in their constant company and finally fell in Love.
Both have had different issues to face with their Lovers.

Samrat had always been insecure about Friendship, love and relationships in his life. He had acted quite erratically, and irrationally hen he thought Gunjan was going away from him. And Gunjan would actually cry simply when ACTING a scene of theor Breakup.
So there has been insecurity there always.
They reconciled after actually going thru the terrible feeling of having lost the other forever.

Their consummation shouldnt be considered a thought act , it just happened. People do all sorts of things wen they go thru emotional turmoil and then get saved from it.
They just got overwhelmed and the only next step to bring them closer was this. They trust each other so blindly, soo much and the Love has been proven soo many times, there was no hesitancy , and later no regret for either of them.

I am not condoning/ supporting pre-marital sex, cuz that is not what this is about. Its about not doing an absolute 180 on Sajan's character and trying to understand where the CV'c are coming from.

Again just my view. Mayur and SAjan are each greta and they have stuck to their characterizations.
We shouldnt get THAT OFFENDED about it.

And yes, sorry about the long post :)

I said I am NOT supporting pre marital sex! Its just that, when such a thing happens, as here, it can be called a' mistake', 'they shouldnt have done that',' they Slipped'
But NOT
'they are characterless', 'lustful', "Shameless and disgraceful and should be condemned at all costs"!

Its the satanization I am concerned about.
Again I am not supporting premarital sex, I am opposing the disillusionment with Sajan and their character that is going on.
Please try and understand the difference and dont just pick one thing out of context and harp on it. :)

LOL! i don't think many of us engage in 'premarital sex acts' out of just lust if we're IN LOVE with whoever it is we're with. these things are usually flowing with the emotions or whatever you just described. but trying to show their consummation in a positive manner is still nothing tasteful. I'm sure we won't be giving these excuses to our parents/society/God (if any of us believe in Him) so why don't we just say it wasn't the 'right' thing to show, and by not showing Gunjan displeased with it they kinda ruined her innocence for me too.
just an opinion 😊

ur right......!!
I just found it strange that Gunjan didn't regret even going through that emotional moment in which they consumated.
She use to be the girl with principle and always kept distance !!BUT then I guess...love changes all....she must have blindely trusted Samrat.
Actually u r justifiable.....BUT people might have a different perspective to this. So...if someone disagrees...just try and understand that they probablly see it in a different way!!
