hey annie, great post... i havent watched mjht for abt 2 weeks.. but still -a thread to appreciate Arjun Bijlani and i dont comment... "Aise kaise ho sakta hai."

As an actor, he is almost flawless. His emotions and expressions are always just appropriate. we MN/AR fams often say how he doesnt require any dialogs he just conveys through eyes. As alekh, i think he made one of the best debut ever... who can tell from watching LRL that it was his first proper role(dont count remix-it was just a cameo), Alekh had all the bad qualities, but he made us see alekh beyond the tough exterior. Ok i havent seen much of Alekh, but as much as i did, i saw the raw talent, which Arjun nurtured and polished and brought as Mayank...............
As mayank he is the son every mother wants; boyfriend every girl desires and a friend everyone hopes to have. An intelligent, grounded, sarcarstic guy... my Most fav 'mayank' was when he fell in love and was in denial... Arjun just brings Mayank so alive. though he himself has mentioned he is nothing like mayank

As a person, He comes across as a fun guy... essentially actors are entertainers and Arjun is a through entertainer... i dont think any one ever gets bored when he is around.. i just love his presence of mind and sense of humor(from interviews). its really impressive to see how he handles his blog & he whole heartedly acknowledges his co-stars skills. Yes, he comes across as a genuine person, with a caring attitude, his love for his family, and concern for his co-stars and moreover acknowledgement of his fans........makes him a very nice person..............

Arjun is a fine actor, who just gets better and better and comes across as a nice guy!!

PS: since you guys ve written so much abt yesterday's epi.. i will catch AB's part on youtube 😉oh do watch the epi..........u will love Arjun and Rati..........

Arjun Bijlani.............he won many hearts as Alekh in Left Right Left, but it was the role of Mayank in Miley JAb hum tum, which got him maximum appreciation.

Arjun played the role of an intelligent, reserved, sarcastic, cool due, but with a caring and loving heart, to the perfection...........Mayank Sharma came alive on screen, and became the perfect son, dream lover and dream boyfriend of many, all thanx to Arjun.........😳

He has grown as an actor during his journey through life of Mayank................he was always spot on in almost every scene, except emotional ones, but these days he is excelling in them. 😊

In the episode when Nupur runs away from home, we saw a chain of expressions from Mayank, in a 5 minute scene. He was overwhelmed with love, concerned and shocked at Nupur's actions, guilt of doing something wrong, relief of having his love and lastly teasing to cheer her up..........all this and a reeling fear of loosing love..........Arjun was exceptionally amazing in the scene..........⭐️

But it was in yesterday's episode, that he touched new heights as an actor, he brought out Mayank's pain and emotions so beautifully only by gestures...........that we were left speechless, in awe of what we saw..............I thank him for giving us such a lovely moment to cherish.🤗

This post would be incomplete if i dont talk about what a wonderful human being he is, he might be a prankster and happy-go -lucky types, but he sure do cares for ones close to him, as was said by his co-star Rati Pandey. And what amazes me most is his dedication towards his fans, the way he goes through each and every creations on his blog, replies to his fans, even after all the spamming and accusations.

Arjun Bijlani, i applaud u as an actor and as a person.........👏

This is to the guy, who smiles through his eyes and kills by his smile............👏

awesoem post yaar.................evn i ws left speechless wen Nupur n Adiraj engagement ws going n he ws standing outside............OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! wat xpressionsss yaar........he made me cry........n dat IKTARA sequence ws soooo soooo magical naaa.................
true he's "THE BEST" actor ever..................love u Arjun fr evrything wat u doooo..................👏

Picasso once said....

"It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child"

U must be wondering why I bought Picasso in here.....well......

Raphael was an Italian painter and was known for his perfection in his paintings. Picasso.... guess everyone knows. The point is.....you can perfect an art by practicing it but to bring a realistic, unfettered, direct, uninfluenced approach that a child is able to bring/express is hard to master. It may not be perfect but it is beautiful and touches ones heart. Only because it is not crafted .....it just happens naturally.

I don't call Arjun a perfect actor but he brings that childlike innocence to his performance. His own personality, experience, mood and even craziness is fed into the scenes which gives it more personal and real touch than fictional.

An actor is given a script but is not told how to express his emotions. It is up to the actor how he portrays those emotions, how well he understands his character and how by his expressions and gestures can convey the story. Best thing about Arjun is that he doesn't just act he reacts. Which makes him a very flexible actor. Not only in terms of portraying different roles or emotions but also while working with different costars. His acting adjusts to his costars performance. He neither overpowers his costar nor gets overshadowed. He works with them and that brings out a balanced performance. I still remember Mayank and Diya scene when he consoled her after that Jail sequence.....totally different personalities, totally different class of actors, both with different styles yet it was a perfectly balanced scene performance wise even though he is more experienced as an actor I would say than Navina.......not comparing really as I love Navina in diya's role.....

There have been times when Arjun missed on expressions and probably my Picasso quote explains the reason for it. As I believe he is not just an actor who follows the script religiously. He connects to the emotions or scenes and if he is unable to do so for whatever reason be it his mood or not accepting/liking the script he looses his act for a sec. But, bounces back the moment he gets himself to connect to it.

I actually like the fact that he needs to find that connection to enjoy acting as today he might not have a say or choice in what he is given to act but that nature of his will surely help him make good choices in future.

About terrace scene......there were different opinions about his acting in that scene. In my opinion it was an extremely tough scene for specially him to enact. Rati as nupur had to show love and longing for him.and she did it beautifully. On the other hand Arjun as Mayank had to portray a wide array of emotions. When he turned he was glad to see her.....within seconds sadness added.....then withing seconds he realised that he needed to be strong for her, along with which he had to express his love, concern, fear, longing, and helplessness. And all this had to be done by just expressions......no words.....People who feel he was not up to the mark I wanna just say for once stand in front of a mirror and try bringing all these emotions to your face together. guess wudn't be easy.....but he pulled it off effortlessly and for that he deserves full credit.

For which I thankyou Annie.....as your post surely appreciates his talent. and i'm sorry for such a longggggggggg post.....but i guess u wud have expected that from me......😆
