Not to be off topic. Since over inspiring is plaigiarism as carolinecj said than I guess there is no harm in using the word over inspiring over plaigarism. Besides, I don't believe in euphemism- I will re-quote Shakespeare's "A rose by any other name is still a rose" (forgive me if I paraphrased it but I guess I got my point through). Let me add in the same vein that a thorn by any other name is still a thorn....
