well i guess taht depends on what personality the person has, if your shy, you will be more crazy and hyper on the net and with your virtual friends. i eman ive seen many peopel here, who are very easy going and crazy (in a good way) but then they say their friends (in real life) think they are quiet and shy.

same goes for vice versa, some people may be absolutly crazy in real life but are a bit more mature and quiet on the net.

it completely depends on the way the persons personality is, like me, im crazy and hyper in real life, im crazy with my virtual friends too, but when things get serious and youre in a serious topic, then im more mature and sensible. just like many peoepl on the forum. i guess im more open with my life because im those easy going people, and i dont mind if people think im a physco or mentally instable, coz at teh end of teh day i know who i am.

but some people maybe insecure in life, tahts why theyre extra nice with their virtual friends, or maybe a bit more friendly and quiet, or the other way around, tehy could be those hyper types with teir friends.

i guess at teh end of the day, its upto you whether you believe your virtual friend or not.

and the answer to your question from me is, no, i behave with my virtual friends the way i do with my friendds at home, crazy, easy going.

i never had a thougt of potraying myself differently online frm wat iam in my real lyf... even though if we want b in that way,how can we stay in that way wen we r online for most of out free tym

if i find anyone fishy, i ignore but everyone may not b the same.. some feel that the online world is the same everywhere n may not prefer may frndz online

but the thing is real lyf is very much same, onlt thing is,u can see the face in ur real lyf... but i dont trust faces personally

yeah even faces can be very misleading.... ii have met people who can lie by looking at ur eyes...

well lets say getting addicted on an internet forum was the very last thing i ever had in mind when i joined IFs.i mean as a newbie,the only thing i did was download episode videos and push the like buttons.i wont say i take this life very seriously,but to a certain extent,when u get addicted to the discussions on the forum,its tough to stay away.never really bothered about having an image here though.but yeah,the addiction is taking over.need to get rid of it ASAP.

I suppose staying away from something that hasn't turned out according to your expectations is not really a solution...

but yes if u think ur addiction is causing u harm in ur real life.. like its hampering ur study/work hours or is getting u stressed then its a different story After all.....
