just click on post reply and then click on INSERT IMAGE option and then upload image.. before uploading pic u have to know about the url of ur pic and for this go to image shack its image hosting we page and there upload avi or images or whatever u like then it will provide u link or url of ur image or avi so just copy and paste that link into the Insert image option and click ok.
