How do you upload a pic?

Hi guys! Can sumone please help me? I know this topic was poted before but I cant find the post. Please tell me how do I upload pix. I have lots of good pix of Hiten Tejwani, GT, but dunno how to post 'em. I dont se the "upload image" button some how. 😭
