*********************************************

The last 2 episodes showcase the growth in the characters of Raghav and Pallavi

The Wednesday episode where Pallavi attends to her husband who complains of the stiff back - you can see the character growth of Raghav. The Raghav from the first episode was a lone wolf - he gets hurt and is bleeding but he refuses help from Rama the house help. But here is the same Raghav moaning and complaining of a stiff back in front of Pallavi. It is not because he can't handle the pain - it is because he finally got the one person who can attend to him and shower her love on him without any reservations and lo and behold we have Pallavi giving him salt + hot water therapy to soothe his cramped up muscles. The wistful smile of Raghav and the lyrics - Kaise tum mil gaye totally showcase his state of mind. Like he can't believe he got so lucky that this girl not only completed his family but is now his shield protecting him from all harm.

And in today's episode you see the character growth in Pallavi. The Pallavi in the first episode was a broken women devoid of all dreams. Like she says - mere zindagi main laal rang na kabhi tha aur na uski koi zaroorat hain. She was an empty shell and now Raghav has come in as a roaring thunder filling her completely. She got the closure of the past that was hurting her so much and now she can close that chapter once and for all and move on in life with Raghav. I absolutely loved the last bedroom scene where in Pallavi takes Raghav's hand and promises to close the past and not have it bearing on their present and future. Raghav's smile was so precious and the calm on Pallavi's face - too precious.

When you read any good novel or see a good show there comes a point when you feel - Chalo jo bhi hoga ab I know these characters can deal with it. I felt that yesterday - like they have come to the most important point in their journey and now they will always be together no matter what.

********************************************

Would Pallavi had a good relationship with Mandar - No doubt on that. She is one who can adjust in any surroundings. But it was not in her destiny. She was meant to be Raghav's since the first episode when Raghav throws Sindoor on her. Raghav might never have thought of marriage if not for high handedness of Jaya. Raghav was scarred and Pallavi had her own emotional baggage. Both came into this marriage and found their happiness.

Raghav gave Pallu the wings to fly high and Pallu gave Raghav the aasman to lay down his burdens. They healed each other and that is the only reason I feel Raghav and Pallavi are meant to be with each other. It is like they are 2 pieces of the same heart - finding themselves complete only with the other and no other person can make them feel complete.

Beautifully written.. they indeed complete each other and are meant to be..

The only part I dont agree with atm is Raghav giving her wings to fly.. That sort of a thing is yet to happen.. I feel..

Due to her insistence I chatted with him once and I find out that he is so misogynist and all. He even advised me to stop talking with boys and kinda questioned my character. That was the last nail in the coffin for me. And I am so proud to say that I am the reason that relation got ended.

Good on you Amna, I am glad you took a stand there ๐Ÿ‘

This was my doubt ๐Ÿ˜†. People made theories that Mandaar cheated on Pallavi and ran away with her friend to create his own family , but then in such case , why will he come back for Pallavi ? Why and how will anyone expect Pallavi to go back to him ?

He wonโ€™t serve as conflict between Raghvi ๐Ÿ˜†

So he has to atleast like Pallavi if not love her.

Precap tells me he mustโ€™ve liked her and might want her back in near future.

Mandaar is actually pretty intriguing character with lots of potential, hope they donโ€™t ruin it like Sunny

Thank you Ashi, I am going to bring up these points in case I have another argument with someone. Literally canโ€™t stand people liking that movie. I had girl classmates wanting a kabir singh in their lives ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ต

I too had a friend who was gushing over him and wanting a bf like him. She even asked why none of the boys in our circle isn't like him. I didn't know how misogynistic that movie was at that time. So I never responded to her Kabir Singh rants.

Same, I could barely stand Raghav before his redemption track started. I was so surprised by how much love he used to get, and people saying they forward Pallavi scenes..to each their own, but Pallavi was my first love in the show, and I made it to episode 80 because I wanted to see her.

I think its girls in forum age issue. Younger girls cannot maturely relate to Pallavis widowhood, her feelings for her in laws, her sense of responsibility etc.. Those of us married for a good while and have seen widows in their family system can probably have better approach.

These lot prefer RR with his sob story behind him...its the good girls like bad boys thing...add his separation with Amma and you got Savage and bechara RR for them.

I have seen a distant family member get widowed and they immediately sent her back, severed contact and got rid of her. This is the real society we live in. Bahu is bahu only till son is around...after that she is bojh. Worst they blamed his death on her. They dont care about twitter trends..they do care about another mouth to feed. They do care about what use the girl is of. Comparatively I found Deshmukhs very forward and compassionate..other than Sulo. They let her touch sindoor and haldi etv...they dont let widow ladies do that in our community. Its sad..but its truth. So I love it that the show brought light to these things. That RR felt it worth to spend his time and fight with Pals...is a testament to her grit.
