Raghav walked down the grand staircase cladded in a black shimmer kurta and salwar annoyed at the constant questionnare by his best friend/ bodyguard.

"Anna aapko lagta hai bhabhi ayengi?" Farhad asked the same question for the millionth time.

"Mereko nahin pata Farhad. Ab ab ek hi sawaal baar baar mat puch." He replied in annoyance.

"Anna par main kya karun mujhe tension ho rahi hai." Farhad genuinely answered.

"Mereko nahin pata tu na-" Raghav was stopped by Amma who joined the them in the hall.

"raghav mereko toh bahut stress ho raha hai. Tumko kya lagta hai Pallavi ayega?" she ansked.

"Amma tum bhi shuru ho gaya. Main bhi toh idhar hi hai na tum logo ki saath. Mereko kuch nahin pata." he spoke.

'Aise kaise nahin pata Anna aapka aur bhabhi ka toh dil ka connection hai. Aapko toh unka jawab pata hona chahiye." farhad whined like a kid to which Raghav just ignored and made an espace to the laws.

He needed to be alone because no matter how much he tried to create a brave facade, he had been dying from the inside to know what he destiny held. It was almost time for the guests to arrive at his mansion which was now decked up like a new bride in a simple and elegant way just like his Saree ka dukaan. he had made sure to have all the decors according to her wishes from her favoruite flowers to the lanters at the entrance.

But his heart still felt empty. He was scared to know the truth, to know what she would do. Will she get back to him? or was she gonna walk away and never come back? Can he live without her? A million thoughts were running through his mind and the next few minutes will decide if he would get the happiness of his life or a broken heart for the lifetime.

The guests started buzzing in as he greeted all his business associates. From the corner of his eyes he could see his Amma gushing about her perfect daughter-in-law to her friends were completely jealous of her. Pallavi had given him his family. he now had his sister and his mother by his side at all times but the only missing piece was the women herself.

"Anna 8 baj gaye hai engagement ka muhurat shuru ho chuka hai." Farhad informed him as he gave him a slight nod of affirmation.

Walking up on the stage he looked at the crowd ahead of him. These people were here to be a part of the most important day of his life but was it really gonna be that. he was not scared of the humiliation he would face if she refused to give him a chance, he was scared of abandonment from her. She was now like a sweet drug to him that had been keeping his going like his glucose dose.

"Good eveing everyone." he greeted the crowd.

"Main bahut khush hai ki aaj aap log idhar aaya, mera khushi main shaamil hone ke liye. Main jaanta hai ki aap sab bahut excited hai iss engagement ke liye kyunki pichli baar jaldbaazi main thori gadbad kardiya tha main." he joked.

"Par ab aisa kuch nahin hoyega. Pallavi mera life main tab aaya jab main bahut akela tha. Ek heartless insaan tha jo sirf apna baare main sochta tha par woh mujhe mera fmaily liye. Mera Amma aur Keerti ko mera life main wapas lekar aaya. Mereko jeena sikhaya. Roz uthkar zindagi jeena sikhaya." he smiled as he remembered how much she had changed him until he heard a women from the crowd.

"Par jiske liye yeh sab hai woh kidhar hai Mr Raghav?" Mrs Shaurya asked. There it was. The question of the day. Where was she?

He looked at the clock as it showed 8:15 pm. His eyes then wandered to the three pillars of his life. Farhad, Keerti and Amma stood with sad eyes as they realised the truth. No matter what had happend in the past, Amma was sad to see her son hurt.

Raghav felt the room close on him and it was uncomfortable for him to breathe now as he kept a hand on his over his hard rubbing the portion lighlty to soothe the pain that went through his chest like a bullet. She wasn't coming and he was left alone. The crowd murmured as they did not get an answer. Chatting and making assupmtions by themselves.

It was becoming harder for ragahv to breathe every second and he saw his family rushing to him when suddenly the lights went off. Amma instructed Farhad to check about the issue when a soothing angelic voice travelled to their ears. A voice that suddenly eased the pain that Raghav was feeling as he looked up to her standing at the door.

Apni aankhen khaali karde

Her eyes never left his as she walked past her family to him while Amma stroked her cheek. She could see the shock yet relief on Ragahv's face when she walked to him.

Ho mere yara tere gam agar payenge

Do ye saugaat tum to zamane ki hum

Har khushi se muqar jayenge

Hum mar jayenge

Ho hum mar jayenge

She stood right infront of him as he gaped her maybe not beliving that she was actually here. She smiled at him closing the gap between them. Aai along with Nikhil, Kaka and Mansi silently greeted the Rao's as the families adorned the kids together.

Tere kandhe se hi lag ke

Yara beete umar saari

Socho kaisi hogi qismat

Hua yoon to phir hamaari

Saare aansu to ho tere

Aur aankhen ho hamari

Watching her there, present in all her glory wearing the outfit that he got her. The outfit that was a smiliar shade to what he saw her wearing at Mansi's sangeet ceremony, the first time his heart skipped a beat after watching her. A tear escaped his eyes that was easily caught by her before it fell on the floor.

she kept her hand on his cheek while he quickly pulled her in a hug not wanting to leave her. what if she went away? he couldn't take a chance.

Pallavi ended the song in his arms as the crowd went into cheer for the couple. Both Amma and Aai cried watching their kids happy.

"Tum aa gaya Saree ka dukaan." Raghav whispered in her shoulder.

"Mujhe toh aana hi tha." she smield stroking his hair.

"Yajmaan mahurat nikla jaa rah hai." they heard the priest say as they let go off of each other.

"you're sure?" he asked with seriousness.

She slighlt nodded as the families came and stood beside them. They exchanged the rings with laughter and a little bit of crying as Raghav pulled her to him.

"Mereko laga tum nahin ayega." he softly spoke to her.

"Bhabhi hum toh darr hi gaye the." farhad added.

"Vijay ji nahin aaye/" Amma asked as Pallavi and Aai looked at each other.

Flashback

As soon as Raghav left baba stormed off to him room. Milind kaka gave a sad smile to a now crying Pallavi as she ran to her room too.

Falling on the bed she fought with her bappa about putting her in a sitautaion where she had to choose from her baba dn Raghav. She wanted to go back but the oath that she had given had binded her here. A slight knock on the door brought her back from her reverie as she saw Aai at the door holding one of the thali's brought by Raghav's servants.

"Aai" she spoke in a soft voice as she hugged her and cried.

Kaka and Mansi too walked in with the stuff as Aai stroked her tears.

"Pallu mera bachcha aise nahin rote." Aai pacified her.

'Pallu please mat ro." Mansi joined the group.

"Aaaj teri enagement hai aur tu aise rokar shakal bigadegi apni." Aai pulled away from the hug stroking her tears.

"Par baba-" Pallavi spoke.

"Pallavi yeh teri zindagi hai aur iska faisla lene ka haq sirf aur sirf tera hai." Aai explained to her.

"Vahini sahi keh rahi hai Pallavi beta." Kaka added.

"Aai main toh-" pallvi started to speak when they heard a loud bang from the verandah.

Running down they saw baba throwing all the sweets to the ground. All the gifts were lying aimlessly on the floor.

"baba" pallavi shouted as she ran to catch the thali from him.

Baba felt somebody grasp his hand with force making him stop.

"yeh kya kar rahe hai aap?" pallavi asked.

"yeh mera ghar hai Pallavi aur iss ghar main iss gandagi ki koi jagah nahin hai." baba shouted.

"Bass baba. yeh gandagi nahin hai. Mera shagun hai." she snapped back.

"Kaunsa Shagun? Woh jo woh gunda Raghav rao apne paap ki kamai se laaya tha." baba spoke in disgust.

"Woh mera pati hai koi gunda nahin hai baba. Raghav ne aaj tak kitna kuch kara hai apni galti sudharne ke liye par aap ko kuch dikhta kyun nahin hai." she shook him.

"Kyunki woh ek galat insaan hai tere liye." baba replied.

"Glata woh nhin hai baba galat aapki soch hai. Aai sahi kehti hai aapki aankhon par bass Raghav ke nafrat ki patti bandhi hai par ab aur nahin. Yeh meri zindagi hai baba aur iska faisla main khud lungi." she replied ready to walk away. Enough was enough. But baba held her wrist.

"Tu kahin nahin jayegi pallavi." he spoke in a stern voice but a hand pulled his off from Pallavi's wrist looking up he saw Aai standing infront of him.

"Bass Aaho ab aap meri beti ko nahi rokenge."

"sharda tum yeh galat kar rahi ho."

"Main jo kar rahi hoon apni beti ki khushi ke liye kar rahi hoon." Aai spoke as she took Pallavi with her to clad her daughter like a bride for her big day leaving a shocked baba.

Flashback ends

"Pallavi par tumhara baba." Raghav asked.

"Raghav aaj maine khudke liye ek faisla liya hai. Apni khushi ke liye aur woh tum ho." she answered keeping a hand on his cheek to which Raghav smiled.

"Sir ek family photo." the photographer asked as the families stood close with the couple taking the centre. A family picture was clicked while raghav and Pallavi looked at the family they had always wanted and then at each other , thankful for the love they had.

This is the final part. I know it's not the best cause i deleted the previous one so i had to rewite all of it again. hope you guys liked it. waiting for your reviews.

After the whole Mandar fiasco in the show I have three scenarios in mind. No 1 if Baba forcefully takes Pallavi home Raghav would kidnap her in his signature style then propose. The second one which you have written about he would send all the shagun to her house, propose there and leave the choice to her. The third one being that Pallavi or Raghav ends up in hospital and then the one left standing confesses. So which one do you think it will be?. I kind of want the first one 🙈

It's Raghav, i mean we can never decode that man. Even though i want the first scenario to e shown, we don't know for sure. Raghav can go all 360 degree and do something really beyond thoughts.
