The way he lifted her from the pool and saw the fear in his eyes triggered his protectiveness right way. I can't wait to see it grow further.

Of course, this is something I'm waiting for just as eagerly ❤️ and I'm sure we'll get it too

We saw a bit of this in the latest episode so I'm pretty happy.

The empathy is totally visible in his eyes, especially when she is having her moments with aai. How ironic it must feel to him, that in getting his own mother back he separated her from hers 🥺 The mother who refused to consider him her son is now living with him, while the mother who had wholeheartedly accepted Pallavi as her daughter is now refusing to talk to her 🥺

Yeah, in the scene where Ayi refused to hug her bag, the look on Raghav's face said it all. He had been in that position himself, many times, and seeing Pallavi suffer the same way because of his own doing must have gutted him. I am loving this phase, frankly.

Jean, so glad to see you comment 🤗 I thought you didn't find this post worth discussing 🥺

Him wanting to change for Pallavi really got to me because like he said, this was the guy who didn't change himself even for amma. He has always known what kind of man amma wanted him to be, he was just too insistent on having her accept him the way he is (which isn't wrong, but deserves a separate discussion). He said he'd do anything to gain her approval, but somehow he always stopped short of making any real efforts. But for Pallavi, he is truly willing to do whatever it takes... he is that desperate. I think it stems from the fact that he is truly responsible here for everything she holds him responsible for, whereas in case of amma he has been misunderstood. His urge to make amends is much fiercer here. And yes, I love that whatever he said, it had nothing to do with keeping amma with him... it was all for Pallavi, only her.

But I agree, this incident is a lesson he'll want to remember. He had a lot of pride in himself, in his sense of judgement... it's a shock to him that he committed such a grave mistake unknowingly, and he'll take care not to repeat it in future. Especially with Pallavi, but also in general, I hope he learns to be a more cautious person. We know the businessman in him acts with a lot of thought put in first, so there's no reason why the rest of him should be so reckless. But I'd be lying if I said I don't want him to retain at least some of that recklessness 😆 It makes him real ❤️ The emotional part of him will always remain that way... passionate and impulsive 😍

@bold: This whole paragraph is my thoughts exactly. I wanna see an uncomfortable Raghav, doubting if he can ever reach up to Mandaar, wishing to discuss it with Pallavi but wondering if reminding her will only take her further away from himself. I wanna see him get all squirmish 😈

Jean, the only time you didn't make sense in this whole post was when you thought you weren't making sense 😆 I love your comments! 🤗 I had actually quoted you back in a number of posts, was wondering why you weren't replying I'm glad you managed to find at least this one among your notifs 😆

I don't know why you'd ever think that I wouldn't find your post worth discussing. I love everything you write about! So don't feel that way ever again, please. Because I write a lot of stuff at night (I'm based in Canada) when I wake up next day my notifications are often 80-90+ so I can't find stuff 😔. Most people in India write while I'm asleep and then in their evenings (when it's my work day) so by mid-afternoon I am overwhelmed with notifications. I don't like the notification feature here, you can't check them one by one and it restarts from the latest ones. Ugh... IF...

Anyway, I want to see what happens when Raghav finds out about Keerti and Sunny, whether or not he goes a rampage. His reaction will tell us to what extent he's learned his lesson about not destroying other people's lives and happiness thoughtlessly. He loves Keerti like crazy and this is going to be a tough moment in his life to let go.

I want to see him get uncomfortable even before Mandaar appears, I want to see those moments of doubt and insecurity, where Raghav realizes that all his power, status, wealth cannot guarantee him a permanent place in Pallavi's life and vice versa. It will be based on the merit of his 'goodness', i.e. strength of character, as well as destiny, something he has always fought against but not always succeeded at.

Keep your insights coming. I love reading them. 👏

Awww thank you so much! ❤️🤗 Yes, I have the same problem with IF notifs, the system is very ineffective

Still don't know how to feel about Sunny boy 😳 When he was introduced, I found him boring and meh.. even got a lil turned off, maybe because I'd been imagining a far more sorted guy for Keerti. But as we see more of him, I'm realising that he's actually pretty sorted in his own way. He has beliefs and he lays them straight out — no playing around with her (so far). I'd like it if he tried to see her perspective more, but we don't know what their previous conversations have been like... he seems to have shared his whole past with her, and those things create strong bonds. Calling her his 'entertainment' also felt like a red flag, but I'm willing to ignore it for now. I feel like CVs are doing this intentionally, leaving random tidbits scattered throughout, so we can go scavenger hunting and end up confused 🤪😆 Today we found out that he's been mending his ways for her, which is always a good sign. But Idk.. he has a volatility that sets me on edge. Raghav is volatile too, but I know where his morals lie. With Sunny I have no clue And for some reason, ever since he bought that necklace for Keerti, I have a feeling he's about to be involved in some mess for JJ. Today his friend did that locha with another necklace, and now my feeling has only strengthened 🤪 And there's always that pending favour waiting to be claimed... can't get it out of my mind I'm thinking up all sorts of things, but I'm waiting to see what they show us. This track is definitely gonna be interesting! 😛

As for Mandaar, I'm even ok if he never appears, if all we see of him is from fond memories that Raghav feels insecure over. I really hate the ITV way of making the ex come back as an evil person, making it feel like you only have one suitable person to be with. I get it, it's the 'soulmate' scenario we stick to. But honestly, there's beauty in being someone's second, especially if the first was beloved. It's easy painting on a blank canvas; it's so much more difficult when there's already a painting on it. If they're making you their second, it means they're choosing to make space for you in their heart — the heart that was so full of love for someone else. You managed to affect them that much, you became that important to them. I think that's beautiful.

But I know for a fact that Mandaar will return, and he'll be a pathetic guy And for some reason, I won't mind it that much on this show. Sometimes I feel like everyone who has ever loved Pallavi is an illusion, that there is truly no one for her. And I get that desperate urge to shatter all these illusions for her, make her see the bitter truth. I feel like Mandaar being evil will do that to her — she'll shatter in a way she never has before. And I wanna see it.

All I ask for is that it's not a fake Mandaar 🙏🙏 I want him to have been a shady guy all along, doing dhoka with everyone else. Kuch bhi karo, but don't play with the memories by bringing in a fake one... it makes everything messed up 🤔 Ya to real wale ko lao, varna kisi ko mat lao 🙏

Wow, this was one long comment! 😆

Btw, he called her amma! I loved that scene It's so evident, the difference in his behaviour towards aai and VD. One slap from VD and he was furious, but aai kept slapping him and he was silently feeling her pain and helplessness 🥺 If she hadn't stepped in like that, I doubt anyone in that house would've been able to make him leave that day. RR was totally in form 😈

I know, right? When she was begging him with her hands folded he instinctively called her Amma. I love how gentle he is with her, the look in his eyes is completely different. ❤️

He is a great judge of character. I hope one day he takes her to RR house so she can escape Sanki's madness. She's the only one in D-fam I'd make this exception for. I just hope he doesn't leave D-house before the end of the month.
