Since it’s a remake so legal issues and rights are involved. We do not know how much they can deviate from the original story, as it has a copy right.

No this is not a deviation. This is called tweeking the story. Third angle or MH sacrificing for sister or MA becoming Ajay Devgan that is called plot changed. I do not think in the remake one can change concept or basic changes in the plot.

My point exactly. Yesterday I told some one probably chinmayi that there was a reason why that scene was shown. So if anyone in MaNal relationship ditch family will have proof. MaNal do not know about it that certificate exists. Thought it would be interesting to see how mom can get a marriage certificate without couple’s signature. Dekho itna Saab hone k baad bhi, he is feeling guilty for seeing Manushi's pic as he thinks this is also a type of cheating. But he isn't calling MH names like characterless aur cheater. Baki shows k ML Saab se pehla characterless tag laga deta.
