Hope...they have...and still do! I am of a similar mindset as you...I want to see what the writer's vision is and provide feedback on that! But...everything you pointed out has potential. Some others:
1. RD vs. Brahma: This was built up for months as the battle to beat all battles...yet it went out without a whimper with Gaurav & Karan's trip to pardes!
2. Priya's case and her education/work. I do agree with Ravina that she should not accept being under the same roof with BJ anymore.
3. Vidya...I do not care what they do but this character needs a purpose. If her's lies in finding a boy-toy of her own, so be it...if it means working and being independent...so be it. She need's something...anything!
4. Devyani...like I said it my thread last week, one of her children needs to point out to her that she is behaving like a victim...not a pati vrata nari and end her manipulation of them.
5. Uttara...I have not seen her really thinking about her situation...does she really want to keep the child or not? She seems to be just rolling along with the pregnancy.

much as I agree with Ravina that a person twice sexually preyed on by a close relative cannot habit under the same roof and should not be required to, knowing priya's character I feel that her past experiences are not as powerful a deterrent. her need to be involved in devyani's cauldron of horrors is more powerful than her experiences with brahma
when priya first came after marriage she was afraid and traumatized but now she does not seem that way. she seems disgusted and angry. she is not in the same state of mind and she may not want to move away. she definitely wants him gone. I agree. he should be gone from the house not the show.\
yes, what the hell happened to RD? ground swalled her up?
priya's dad vanished. all that media publicity. not a call.
vidya. needs to find someone. she is a village belle not like priya and devyani. she needs to be happy at the grassroots level not the podium. I think its long overdue. women should not be doomed for sins of others. she needs someone like chinu who will empower her and treat her like a person rather than a clinging vine which is what all the well meaning people around her seem to do
uttara has always been this way. she has always needed someone's approval and patronage.
she is a star struck sort of person. first she was in awe of dev as the perfect homemaker and older sis and then she was in awe of jeejajee as a man of immense power and influence and societal stature.
she will not change. now she is trying to expose brahma to regain lost brownie points with adi and dev. don't you think the woman doth protest too much?
devyani - somebody some male who she trusts realy needs to pull her up by her boot stroings. she has been doing unofficial sarkar raj too long. making life altering decisions for people and then emotionally blackmailing everyone to do her bidding.
