Today's episode was an absolute bore! We were given 20 odd minutes of Vidya trying to get into the key for the locker to see what her hubby is hiding...though at this rate I really don't care. The creatives need to move this saga on and enlighten us as to whether Gauruv is gay or having an affair with another woman.
As for Aditya who is shown as a man of principle who stands by his woman and accepts her regardless of her tainted past, it was out of character for him to be shown pandering to the mantriji who needs lessons in etiqutte and english. The only saving grace of the whole episode was the retort Priya gave to the mantriji when she informed her that even mondern girls have values and morals...something the mantriji lacks in spades given her loud actions on a day of mourning-from her garish green sari to the tasteless remarks she made towards Uttara, the grieving widow. For god'sshe did not even spare Tara, the little girl whose trying to come to terams with the loss of her father.
It will be interesting to see the dynamics in the relationship between Adi and Priya as he tries to navigate a career in the seedy world of politics. as we know from previous episodes, Priya already has misgivings of the political world and is well aware of the games one has to play in this political game of chess
