Let me start by congratulating Ridhi & RaQesh on the announcement of their upcoming nuptials! Here's wishing you both a lifetime of joy and happiness together!

Coming to the episode...it was a mixed bag for me. 🤔

Today started with everybody in the Jhaakar household hunting for Priya's whereabouts. As everybody disperses to search for Priya, Devyani asks Brahmanand to help but even as Babuji watches, he rages at her about the possible humiliation to their family from Priya's actions. He then calls his crony in private and orders him to find Priya so that he can reach her first...before anybody else. Vishwajeet was, once again, spectacular in the scene. 👏 I wonder if Babuji will later connect the dots to guess that Priya's vanishing had to be due to the conversation with Brahma. 🤓

In the midst of this hullabaloo, Uttara calls Rishabh to say she needs to be at the Jhaakars due to the situation with Priya but slimy Rishabh gives her half an hour to return home else he would kill himself! 😡 Fabulous acting from both Kamya and Amit!

Unable to find Priya in the house Devyani calls Mr. Pradhan and discerns that Priya has not gone to the guest house either! The screenplay detailing in the entire sequence varied from great to average...all at the same time! 😆 For e.g. I loved Gaurav exiting his bedroom and running in to Vidya without having a clue about Priya's disappearance. On the other side of the spectrum, yesterday's episode had all the food Priya prepared in the middle between all the spots set up for everybody...that disappeared today! I also liked Vidya not really giving Gaurav much attention and Mr. Pradhan finding the conversation with Devyani odd.

As everybody, except Devyani and Babuji, exit the Jhaakar house, Devyani wonders where Priya might have gone and worries about what people would think if the truth got out! This was a good Babuji & Devyani conversation as always. I loved how Babuji, pointedly asked her if she was worried about the maryada of the house being affected or her daughter in law's safety! But Devyani's response that her daughter in law was the maryada of their house felt like a cop out to me.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to everybody, Priya is walking the streets remembering Brahma's words and happens on a temple! While I liked the sequence because it was needed in the screenplay to show Priya's emotions, I found it very filmy...heroine finds a temple and talks to the idol with nobody else in the background.... Come on writers, you are capable of so much better than delivering such cliched scenes. That said, Ridhi managed to pull it off in almost all aspects except the emoting of the heavy duty tears! 👍🏼

Overall: Good episode...not great for me. My biggest issue with today was creating the drama around Priya's disappearance. I was hoping...really hoping that Priya would be somewhere in the Jhaakar house giving this track the ability to move along slowly in the background while the other tracks gathered speed. But by creating this whole ruckus, the writers have to now give a really convincing excuse to explain away her leaving the house so that Aditya & Devyani do not suspect anything...of course I am assuming that Priya is not going to reveal Brahma's truth immediately. If the excuse is not convincing enough I will have a hard time buying Aditya or Devyani's not continuing to wonder what is really going on.

My 2 cents as usual😆:
I didn't see the episode fully..just bits n parts..
All worried about priya's where abouts ..even Mr.pradhan has no idea..n SSP too trying to search,,
N as i said in my last post..😆priya roaming here n there n reaches temple...n asks god what to do now?😭
Well i too am waiting to know what will she do..😃

As usual with Maryaada it was a good episode however I feel some how it was a little slow they could have shown what they did in the same way but with a little more.

SPS and Rishab 😡....I'm pretty sure she will return with some valid reason and not reveal SPS to Aditya but she may confront Devyani regarding what she said about me proud of being the SPS's wife

Also watching with the added fact of knowing Ridhi and Raqesh are to marry made it kinda more exciting 😊

Hello Ladies:

I am a week behind and last week watched the episodes where sasurpig is arranging all his missiles to drop them on Priya. As per the udpates and musings, he has already done that now and put her in a tight corner.

Last night watched the episode where he blames Devyani for making Aditya's wedding day the worst day of his life and how he will not forgive her for life.

Vishwajeet Pradhan is just awesome in portraying sasurpig. I agree with what Jaya said yesterday that he does not need long dialogues - his expressions, dialogue delivery and body language do it all. The way in which he is delivering all the nuances of this complex character is making me love to hate SSP Brahmanand Jhakar.

Who will be the first to know about the SSP-Priya equation? Babuji is very, very observant. Will he be the first to smell a rat?

True regarding him being observant I guess it will be Devyani or Babu ji ...
