Ohhhhkaaaaay, deep breaths are needed through this initial scene.....I think it's disclaimer-time again (though why I bothered to add a disclaimer when I'm going to mention this in every post is beyond me 😆 )...Aditya bhaiji....thoda dheere chalo, thaare speed se mhaare ko chakkar aave....🤪 And today to thaare lugayi bhi thaari speed na match karsake!😆 Honestly though, Tigger over here needs to take a serious chill pill, else he will get indigestion from moving too damn fast! 😆 Liked his enthusiasm and excitement...for him it might be a long time coming....but for me it seems like he's heading towards his golden jubilee anniversary in about five minute's flat!🤣 I realise that Maryada is not a romance show - it is a BOLD FAMILY DRAMA, as all the promos claimed; I realise that this means that the focus is not on the romance but on the BOLD FAMILY DRAMA stuff😆...but creatives, much as we love all this AP luv-shuv...I just think we need to slow things down slightly. Just step back and take stock.

Phew. Anyway. So Majnu darling drags Laila around the whole made-up town, shoving her in people's faces and telling them his life story 🤣, whilst Laila darling is finding all this slightly weird...as you would, if you didn't live in a Disney fairytale, which thankfully Priya doesn't, lol. So, Aditya agrees to do whatever she wants (dudes, I honestly think he would dress up as a mahila if Priya asked him to🤣)...but instead he becomes a bhoot (the ones with teeth like Bauji was talking about yesterday?!)

Cute scene follows where he sulks and she pataos, and reminds him that she is to be his one and only mahila-lugayi...haila!! First time for everything, I guess - Priya accepting that she will be his wife, not just with thoughts, but with words!👏 Liked that the emphasis here was on Priya making the move as opposed to Aditya making the move for her. It's about time she had some say in this relationship! 🤣 Also liked the streak of seriousness that ran through the end of this scene.

Man, I think I am becoming a pakki fan-girl of this chhora 😍 he's just such a gentleman, so perfect...loved how he told her that Jhakkar House was her house 😳 this chhora is so determined to ghusedo Priya into his house already that he's just going to go get her dad and brother now!! 😆 No waiting around for this boy....patience is clearly not a virtue!

Must pause and take a moment to talk about Raqesh here - he's doing such a fantastic job 👏 👏 ....every scene, every dialogue is portrayed with such genuine emotion. His performance is so nuanced, right down to the little details, like the wink at Priya while he's on the phone to Jaggi, or the little half-smiles. He really is Aditya Jhakaar, and the show is all the better for it. Now I want to see his acting ability tested with a little adversity, a little edge...which I am sure will come through admirably in the Sasurpig vs Priya track...

Rishabh and Uttara - what can I say except, it's beginning already...no matter how many cute scenes, how many jhaapars...I just cannot trust this guy....I'm waiting for him to screw up. Who was he calling? 😕

What would Aditya Jhakaar's personals ad in the newspaper read? "Young, cute-type loverboy, with endless energy, looking for a laila to spoil. Good in the kitchen, handy with a broom and spray, and looks ultra jhakaas on a motorbike 😎. Every mother's dream, I am the ultimate husband-material. Call me if you enjoy fast-paced romance and speedy train rescues" 🤣 🤣🤣

This boy is such a whiz with a cleaner spray 🤣🤣🤣 poore ghar ko sar pe uthaa diya and sab se kaam karvaa diya 🤣 LOVED this scene - the whole Jhakaar parivaar (minus SSPig, thank God!) rushing around trying to bring Aditya's love story to muquaam. Also liked Gaurav-Aditya's lil pep-talk scene 😆 want to see more brotherly bonding!! Have I said recently how much I love the fact that this show is so hatke from all the others on the market???? No brotherly rivalries, no jealous siblings, no marriages of convenience, no crappy dialogues, no raat mein going to sleep wearing heavy make up, jewellery and sarees, and no wasted scenes. Everything leads to something....everything has relevance. Bhagwaan (and DG) kare this never changes!

So, immediate contrast between two families??? Jhaakars - courtesy of Aditya - are ucchal-kooding off the walls, and Pradhans are totally seedhe-sambhle types 😆 where did they get those gifts so quick?! 😆

The I Love Papa Pradhan Mention of the Day - I LOVE Papa Pradhan 😆 telling Priya to relax and take a deep breath...he is so cute! See, no scene is wasted.

I swear, Tigger, slow down! You'll give yourself heart failure, and then where will we all be?! 🤣 He's got such a quality - even I start feeling nervous for him 😳 Dudes, seriously, get a grip. This is not the best time for a staring contest 😆 So, point to be noted, m'lud, when Gaurav says "Mehmaano se andar aane ke liye kaha jaata hai", Aditya speaks to Papa Pradhan and Chinu but NOT Priya....because she's not a mehmaan??😳

Awww, so what that SBB (SBS?😕) segment didn't show was the whole family standing around staring whilst Priya gets aartied by Saasuma😳 and Aditya's bacchaa-pan also rubs off on Bauji, who jumps up from his khatiya and sits like a good little boy to see Priya 😳 yay! LOVED Bauji holding Priya's hands before she reached his feet 😳 he is such a cutiepie....how did he get such a sardu for his son? 🤢

So we get the standard ghar-ke-bade+mandir tour of the house and family...loved Priya's samajhdaar explanation of the reason she didn't wear the kangan. This is not of the girls to stand mum and let people misunderstand her 👏 but will she tell Devyani the truth about her past, or will she say that Aditya already knows?

LOVELY episode, not much in the way of analysing (meat-wise), but a fantastic episode nonetheless. Like I said, I love so much about this show that there is always an abundance of topics to talk about. Of course, most of the time I end up ohemgee-ing about Aditya 😍 😆 so how can I resist this time? How HOT was he in the grey striped shirt?! And those intense looks at Priya? Uff!! I can see myself spending most of tomorrow making many, many, many sigs from this material...😆

Yesterday was what one would call a cute episode....nothing much in terms of story development but yet there were little things which i found rather interesting.

Adi and Priya

Is it just me or is Adi used to getting his way all the time.....he seems rather spoiled and wants things to go the way he has planned them....so when Priya isn't too happy with his behavior he goes into sulking mode...But i'm glad to see that Priya knows her limits and knows in her own way how to make Adi see reason.....she knows he loves her alot and will do anything to make her happy as long as she tells him the right way.....Priya is far more mature than Adi.....but it's a good thing cos they balance each other out.

Adi is at an emotional high....can he maintain that forever??? i mean....it's new love and new feelings....but can he maintain the same pace or will he take Priya for granted when she is officially his...he needs to mature alot and accept the relationship with a more sensible outlook.....it's good that Priya is so mature....any other girl would be disappointed if their complete lover boy didn't forever give his total attention to her because i just can't see a person being this lovey dovey forever.....Maybe when the secret of the past comes out we will see a change in Adi....

I loved the scene with Adi cleaning up the whole house....his excitement...his love for Priya was very nicely done....usually guys are like that....when their girl friends come first time to their houses....they behave mostly like that....i've seen my brother's behave the same....😃...

One thing to notice was that Sweety was looking a bit reluctant and confused on how to react to Priya coming to the house....very much like a sister who's favorite brother is bringing a girl home....she wasn't as hyper and excited as the others in the house....i don't know if this was done purposefully but it was a nice touch.

Divyani is gonna have a tough time controlling Priya one she officially comes to the house....she isn't some one to keep her mouth shut....even with the whole Kangan thing...she said what she thought and she has strong values installed in her....so it wouldn't be easy to suppress her voice when the whole issue comes out in the open....I'm really looking forward to the dynamic between Divyani and Priya...it's going to be very interesting.

Dadaji is such a sweetheart and an intelligent sweetheart at that....I think he would be a pillar of strength for Priya....he likes strong females....that's why he isn't that close to Vidya....he loves her like a sweet daughter in law....but I feel he will have a very mature interesting relationship with Priya...It's something i'm depending on

So enough of my rambling.....I'm looking forward to monday epi...want to know what explanation priya will give to Divyani about the letter

Readers...stop...drop a line...even if somebody has said it already. That I love this show should be of no surprise to anybody. Even setting that aside, I really I think the more who share their views, better the discussion/debate...and...more importantly, awesome conversation for this forum that is generally speaking, quiet!

That's just my take....

and also because soemone from the jhakar family needs to know the story as our lover-boy has torn the letter🤣 .....so there shoulod be someone in the family to explain to him when all hell breaks loose when SSP and priya come face to face .....
